3 Equipment Rental - This category to be used only with prior written approval from the authorized representative of the College. Rental of Equipment Percentage Mark-Up: On occasion, the use of special rental equipment may be required. This is for equipment that is used on occasion, not in the regular course of painting services. The cost of special rental equipment will be allowed based on the Contractor's cost from the rental facility plus the bid percent mark-up Indicate this percent mark-up on the bid form. A mark-up on sales tax will not be allowed. Rental is for active use. Payment for inactive use will not be allowed. % Direct Material Purchase of Paints and Colorants: The College reserves the right to purchase and supply paint colorant materials.
