2 Product Overview Robust galvanised climbing bracket - 45kN max vertical capacity. Faster Climbing bracket connects to wall with recoverable anchor screw - no lost parts. Both platform and formwork are crane handled in one single operation. Safer Self-contained working levels for economical core forming. No tripping hazard on working platform - the decking boards are at the same level as the top of the climbing bracket. Corner platforms neatly abutt one another. Eliminates the need to lay down form for cleaning. Trailing platform option for finishing trades. Enables cores to be constructed in advance. Fast rack and pinion pull back mechanism assists with maximising cycle times. Easier Integral vertical adjustment jack for fine levelling of shutter relative to platform. Compatible with RMD Kwikform Superslim Soldier wall formwork and Maxima and Minima panels. Simple lateral adjustment of shutter relative to platform. Rack and pinion shutter activation mechanism is operated from a comfortable position to one side of the bracket. 1

Trailing platform option Complete any rectification or finishing activities for areas below the current pour utilising the form itself Formwork and access platforms are lifted as one Minimises crane support and reduces labour and material costs. Anchor accessories can be reused after each pour Reduces material costs on current and future construction programmes. Fine adjustments of the form face can be made during construction Provides an accurate alignment of the form face vertically and laterally. 2

4 In Detail Operation Easy Operation Simple Adjustment The Rack and Pinion activation mechanism is operated from a comfortable position to one side of the bracket. There is a wedge locking device which secures the position of the shutter when formwork is stationary. Simple lateral adjustment of the form relative to platform by way of slotted mountings. Integral vertical adjustment jack for fine levelling of shutter relative to platform Plenty of Working Space Simple Handling The platform and form are crane handled as a single element 750mm working space on inside of formwork when retracted. Suspended Platforms Recoverable Anchor Screws System suspended platforms enable removal of wall brackets and necessary concrete finishing For vertical loads of up to 30kN Climbing Brackets connect to the wall with recoverable anchor screws no lost parts (For higher loads an anchor cone and lost plate are used.) 3

5 In Detail Health and Safety Hazard Free Edge Protection No tripping hazard on the working platform - the decking beams can be at the same level as the top of the climbing bracket.- Close fitted edge protection using RMD Kwikform Ultraguard, which can be extended to the full height of the form if required. Total Safety Corner Detail 2400mm wide working platform with no gaps so loose tools are contained safely. Corner platforms neatly abutt one another. 4
