Two (2) truck docks service the CRT building along with two overhead drive-in doors. RAIL: COMPRESSED AIR: TAXES: Provided by South Central Tennessee Railroad (SCTR), provides short line service CSX. Three rail spurs service the site. Two interior rail spurs enter the west end of the paper storage area which can handle 4 rail cars each with side car access for both interior spurs. One exterior rail spur services the CRT facility for liquid transfer. Located less than 1 mile from Exit 172 (SR 46) along I-40 which allows for easy access to I-840 to the east, with easy connections to I-65 and I-24 just south of Nashville and all major arteries for the mid-south region.
