2 The Micar Company was established in We are General Contractors that have skilled workers in all trades including Sheet Metal Workers, Painters, Pipe Fitters, Welders, Carpenters, Masonry Workers, Ironworkers, Millwrights, Mechanics, and Estimators. We have employees qualified in ARC, TIG, and MIG welding. We offer Pipe and Structural Steel Welders and Fabricators. We have three shops in Decatur; one of which has a 190 ton Break Press, Punches, Sheer (Edwards 316) that is capable of sheering 7 gauge Black Iron. We have Drill Presses, and a 6 x 12 Burn Table capable of burning 2 plate. Our second shop is for Steel Fabrication, and Mechanical Adjust work. The third shop is for Paint Work, and boasts a 16 x 50 Paint Booth, with Shot Blaster and Sand Blasting Capabilities. Our company has an average of 90 employees that would be readily available to meet your needs. Our employees level of skills range from 1 to 30 years experience. Our Supervision has an average of 15 to 20 years of superior expertise in their multi crafted trades. We feel that the Micar Company skill level, availability, safety record, and proven accomplishments are superior to what others have to offer. Our company provides great communication, quality expectations, and makes safety our number one goal.

3 Safety Our strong Accident Prevention Program and management leadership do make a difference! At The Micar Company, we believe that the prevention of accidents is both our moral obligation and good business. Our safety efforts are based on our belief that every working person is entitled to a safe and healthful place to work. The responsibility for the health and safety of our employees goes far beyond simple compliance with the federal and state regulatory requirements. We recognize that the protection of our employees, property, the public and the environment are essential to the efficient and successful completion of every construction project we undertake. Safety is more than a priority at The Micar Company, here safety is a value. Micar has established an Accident Prevention Program that includes formal safety training, inspections, audits and a formalized system of reporting. We recognize that accident prevention is a line management responsibility. That responsibility is shared at every level of our organization, from the President al the way through to our craft work force. We train our Managers, supervisors and employees to identify and correct unsafe conditions and more importantly unsafe work practices. Our branch and project management teams administer our Accident Prevention Program at the branch and project level, with the support of a full-time Safety Manager reporting directly to the President. We know that our accident prevention efforts must have the same value as quality, morale, cost, schedule, and production. Safety is not something we do in addition to the work. It's how we do the work. At The Micar Company, we recognize that accidents are preventable. Our goal continues to be ZERO ACCIDENTS
