Options Service Concealment offers you the possibility of using the skillfully engineered clipclad framework, ultimately saving costs on installation. Options is the ideal solution for budget driven projects for almost every market, including education, healthcare and hotel & leisure. All Options cubicles can be supplied in compliance with Document M 2004 legislation as well as the 2007 DDA regulations in Scotland. Contrasting pilaster colours are also available on all Options cubicles in accordance with DDA visual impairment regulations. 4 04 Grant Westfield Options Options Essence Essence cubicles represent excellent value for money, combining a wide range of decors with the quality and aesthetics that are synonymous with Grant Westfield washroom systems. Each set of cubicles are made-to measure, ensuring the end appearance is beyond the competitive price. Essence cubicles are available in three variations, for which technical information can be found on P.11. For a cost-effective solution to line non-serviced washroom walls, our multipanel waterproof wall panels can be manufactured in any cubicle colour from our separate colour chart. Available in two materials: 18mm Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) for low traffic, dry environments, eg factories or small office Laminate bonded onto 18mm furniture grade chipboard, often used in retail, commercial and public sector Laminate cubicles are available with a choice of two edge details: Square Edge Laminate (SEL) - pilaster and door edges are lipped with 2mm ABS edging tape. Curved Edge Laminate (CEL) - vertical edges of pilasters and outward opening doors are post-formed to a 12mm radius, providing an elegant finish. Signature Lock MFC; Amandine

6 06 Grant Westfield Options Options Scuba Scuba cubicles are produced in 12/13mm compact grade, black core laminate to provide maximum protection against water, wear and vandalism. The solid core properties of this material prevent peeling and cracking, and make it easy to clean. For health and safety, corners on doors and pilasters are radiused, and all edges are machined to a smooth profile. In schools (or any area where privacy is paramount), a floor to ceiling variation is available to meet SSLD-3 guidelines. For pool-side and other wet areas, Scuba hardware can be supplied in 316 grade stainless to prevent erosion. 7 07 Options Scamp Scamp cubicles are a variation on the Scuba cubicle range, combining tough, impact resistant solid grade 12/13mm laminate doors, partitions and pilasters, with vibrant colours and low level doors for supervisor access, where required. Feature doors can be custom-profiled to add aesthetically interesting shapes to the system, and intermediate partitions can be full height, door height, or shaped to your requirements. 8 08 Grant Westfield Options Options Service Concealment The Options Service Concealment System is designed to provide cost effective access ducts and panelling to washrooms and other places where there is a requirement for decorative concealment of services with maintenance access. The selection of panel specifications and finishes offer a wide flexibility of choice - to meet budgets at all levels. There are two service concealment systems made from either plywood or engineered metal frames. Both systems can be supplied pre-machined to accept your chosen sanitary ware, if required. The modules link together for a robust, fast and easy installation. Groups of assemblies can accommodate cubicles from the full Grant Westfield cubicle range, as well as most proprietary and custom designed cubicles. 9 09 Options SC Ply This range offers factory assembled plywood frame and panel sets for service concealment ready for installation to prepared surround grounds. These elements can be supplied in a range of sizes dependent on the sanitary ware application or space available. Link spacers are provided to fit between the elements to set the modular layout. These can be faced with laminate where flashgaps are to be created. Optional laminate faced trims can be supplied for finishing the contractor installed surround grounds. End panels are available to convert the elements into single or multiple assemblies for hospital or health care applications. The elements comprise:- Duct Panel/Frame assembly with WBP plywood frame Finished decorative panels factory mounted to the frame with proprietary clips Options SC Metal Offering a similar modular supporting framework to Options SC Ply, this system is manufactured from engineered metal frames incorporating clipclad technology and sits in a steel floor track for precise alignment. The system is complete with the mounting frames to accommodate both wall hung and floor mounted sanitary ware, tested to meet the relevant standards. 10 10 Grant Westfield Options Options Accessories Vanity Areas and Mirrors Wall Linings We offer standard and custom built vanities and sill tops in a range of materials from simple post-formed laminated tops to solid surface tops with fully integrated bowls to granite, stone and glass applications to suit the levels of specification required by your project. Mirrors can be supplied along with Options Service Concealment Systems. Grant Westfield manufactures multipanel WBP plywood wall panels bonded with a choice of 30 decorative high pressure laminates. Combining the two systems, using multipanel laminate and even matching vanity tops produces stunning results. In addition, tilepanel waterproof panels are only 3mm thick, and are manufactured with an embossed tile effect. Sani-Saver Complementary Products Sani-Saver is an easy to fit replacement urinal kit that eradicates energy usage from flush controls or constant flushing, saving between 50-90% on water usage. Each kit comprises a urinal, a high performance wall mounting panel, a waterless cartridge and all fixings. As well as combating odour from above and below the bowl, Sani-Saver gains BREEAM points and slashes water bills. Where Options is used in leisure and education environments, Grant Westfield offer a wide range of locker and benching solutions, in a variety of materials to suit the environment and budget. Flooring can also be provided with twinfloor. The floating vinyl floor is completely waterproof, requires no adhesive or specialist fitters, and is available in authentic wood and stone designs. To complete the offering, our Class 1 fire rated PVC ceilingpanel offers an economic, simple and attractive ceiling cladding solution.

Board Grades Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) High Pressure Laminate Compact Grade Laminate Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) is constructed from a resin impregnated decorative paper mounted onto a high quality chipboard core. High pressure laminate (HPL) is constructed from several layers of resin impregnated paper, pressed at high heat and pressure. Post-forming grade laminate is used for feature curved edges on doors, pilasters, vanity and sill tops. Compact grade laminate is specifically designed for more robust environments. Manufactured with a solid core, constructed from multiple layers of quality Kraft papers impregnated with resins and with two decorative surfaces for cubicle construction, it is extremely strong, durable and has remarkable structural stability.
