UHPC, Ultra High Performance concrete, is a combination of a cement, micro particles and wear resistant (very hard) particles. Final strength of a UHPC is UHPC products have a high dense and nonporous structure An advantage of this high dense structure is that no corrosive material can penetrate through pores which makes UHPC to a extreme good corrosion protection material. UHPC can be produced as a mortar, castable, sprayable or pumpable product.for using the product, the dry UHPC material must be mixed with water in a pan pot mixer and if necessary with ceramic aggregates.

6 Rehabilitation of 254 prestressed foundation piles, with a diameter of 50 cm and a wall thickness of 10 cm, were damaged in the splash-down zone (4 meter under and 2 meter above the water level) by chloride initiated corrosion. The repair method was as follow: - Removal of not sound concrete, cleaning and sandblasting under and above water. - If necessary placing new or extra reinforcement. Placing and connection moulds with diameter of 56 cm. - Pumping UHPC reinforced with steel fibers in the mould from the bottom of the mould. - De moulting after 36 hours.
