3 PRESENTATION DOORS FOR Sesamo produces, installs and manufactures doors for the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector where soundproofing, heat proofing and hygiene are key requirements. A hermetically sealed or closed door is required for isolating different environments, be they operating blocks, wards or recovery rooms, X-ray rooms or triage areas. Even in the pharmaceutical world, thanks to its sealing qualities, these doors guarantee a controlled pressure, temperature and humidity. 4 DOORS FOR HERMETICALLY SEALED DOORS Door thickness 60 mm to increase the rigidity of the door and improved hermetic seal in the presence of high pressures Self-extinguishing polystyrene foam internal core Fireproof MDF frame thickness 4 mm Fireproof MDF perimetral battens with increased section to guarantee adequate support even if doors have lead shielding which is usually very heavy External finish in Hard Laminated Plastic Thickness 0.9 mm fireproof Aluminium profiles with sanded chemical anodising with thickness of 2mm for guaranteed rigidity and hermetic seal even with very heavy doors and high pressure. The sliding Ermetika door has been tested in the laboratories of the Istituto Giordano according to European regulation UNI EN 1026:2016 and according to American regulation ANSI/UL 1784:2015, obtaining results in the mean compared with market values for these products. These regulations define the test methods for determining the permeability of air for doors and windows. Panel consisting of an aluminium perimeter frame, 50/66 section, with lower base height 100 mm. Slide-in damping panel 40 mm thick composed of: laminate/ aluminium covering standard colours, double support made from MDF with polystyrene foam insulating core Euro class E (can be customised). Accessories composed of: double perimeter jamb seal, 3 silver aluminium hinges with ylon anti-friction bushes, lock with spring latch, cylinder with 2 keys, security chain on double doors, anti-injury type handles made from anodised aluminium with silver finish.
