Two simple steps Clean-Dry and Apply Water and dirt get no change to penetrate, and is easy to remove. This coating has an outstanding hydrophobic effect. On walls or tunnels cleaning intervals, or restoration wil be greatly reduced. 11 HOW TO USE: SI11 Transparent (SI13 Custom Colour) 011 These products can be stored for up to 24 months (in a dry, temperature stable dark environment) Consumption: Stone: appr. 50ml/m2 Processing temperature: 5 30 C Avoid direct sunlight and/or high air humidity. IMPORTANT: Before you use a NANO- CERAMIC product please make sure you wear suitable protection gear we always recommend to use Latex or Nitril gloves to make sure your hands are protected from any possible damage to your skin. It s absolutely necesarry to wear a full face chemical respirator mask and safety suit. Applicators: Application information The SI11 system can be applied on mineral surfaces (absorbing and non-absorbing) such as bricks, sand stone, concrete, terracotta, stone ect. The SI11 system is 100% transparent and breathable. The surface will be cleaner for longer, and the cleaning itself becomes less time and less expensive as special cleaning agents are unnecessary. Make clean the surfaces thoroughly until the complete surface is absolutely clean. If necesarry use our Reactivating Pure Shine Shampoo in combination with a high preasure washer. Make sure that all contamination is removed so that the sealant can bond properly onto a clean surface. Make sure that the surface is completely dry before application! The surface may not become wet during application! This is a 2-Component Nano Coating System Mix bottle SI11 A with bottle SI11 B by pooring the bottle SI11 B bottle into the A 1L bottle, or measuere by net weight in the ratio 3:1 and mix it very well. Carefullly poor the mixed content into paint sprayer, spray in thin layers till the surface reach a thickness of appr µm / mm / after drying. Depending on the face, material and structure, different application techniques can be used: Paint Roller, Paint Brush, or just Whiping the surface with a cotton cloth pad Let the surface dry for 24 hours. (85% is cured after 24 hours, and the remaining 15% will be fully cured after 7 days). Be aware that mixed content can not be stored longer then 3 hours.the surface can simply be mantained with a High Pressure washer at bar using our biologically degradable Reactivating Shampoo Tool cleaning The individual components as well as the mixed system can be diluted with our Steril Cleaner.
