Ranya Group comprised: Ranya General Construction LLC (RGC) - Through this entity, Ranya Group provides civil contracting services to its clients, which includes Nakheel, Musanada, Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Department of Transport (DOT), EMARAT, ADNOC, IFA and UP in addition to prominent private developers in the United Arab Emirates. RGC has executed various types of projects including the construction of high rise towers, residential complexes, hotels and infrastructure works. Ranya Contracting Establishment (RCE) - RCE is a power generation, distribution and transmission company operating out of Abu Dhabi. RCE specializes in the execution of LV, MV and HV overhead lines, underground cables and associated quipment for ADDC, AADC, ADCO and Technip. RCE also represents world renowned cable manufacturing companies in the United Arab Emirates who arepresently executing high voltage works such as 132/22KV as well as 400KV for TRANSCO / ADWEA. Techmep - An electromechanical company in the United Arab Emirates, TechMep was formed by the Ranya Group in order to increase its ability to provide a full range of services to its clients. It is the responsibility of every project manager, superintendent, safety engineer and every one involved to read, understand and carry out the policy, standards and procedures set forth. Conduct activities in such a way as to avoid harm to the health of employees, contractors, visitors and those living in close proximity to operations. Promote, as appropriate, health work environment both for employees and contractors. Design facilities, establish practices, provide training, and conduct operations in a manner consistent with best practices of the industry to minimize risks and potential hazards to workers, property, and to the communities. Continuously improve the efficient use of energy and natural resources. 1. Initiate the company s policy for the control of injury, damage and fire. 2. Administer the policy himself or appoint a senior member of his staff to do so. 3. Know the HSE related Legal and other regulations and ensure the company observed them. 4. Ensure that all levels of Supervision are qualified and receive adequate and appropriate training. 5. Make sure that in tendering; at planning stages, and throughout the contract, allowance is made for suitable and sufficient equipment to enable the jobs to be done with minimum risk. 6. Coordinate HSE activities between Ranya, sub-contractors, and any other individual contractors who may be working on the same site. 7. Institute proper system for reporting, investigation, and estimating the cost of injury, damage and fire. Promote action to prevent recurrence and initiate analysis to discover accident trends. 8. Reprimand any member of supervision for failing to discharge satisfactorily the responsibility allocated to him on Integrated Management System (IMS)

11 RTA Bus Depot Phase-1 Bus Depot Project comprising of a G+1 workshop bldg, a guard house, a single storey filling station, a washing bays shed, an inspection bays shed, a substation and stabling yard. We were responsible for infrastructure works, including storm water drainage, fire hydrant systems, sewerage systems, water supply and cable laying and ducts and road works in addition to all civil and MEP works being executed by Techmep. Ranya received for executing the work in record time. 17 The Gardens Furnished Apartment A set of 8 buildings with two basements, ground floor plus nine additional floors built on one common podium. The Buildings was multiuse, comprising of 1,500 Apartments and the two basement Car Park has a capacity for 1,100 cars. Ranya were responsible for the civil works excluding Joinery and Aluminum works. Ranya were also responsible for the management of sub contractors and all disciplines in the project.
