1 Scope of Work Items Needed: Interior: 1. Install balance of shoe mold at baseboard in each units. Required only in living room, bedroom, and kitchen areas. Total linear feet must be shown. 2. Final Clean of Units Exterior: 1. Specified paint finish for meter center backboard refer to Addendum 3, Item 34 attached. 2. Ensure Plumbing Sanitary Pipe on building s east side is fully sealed with grout/concrete. Provide permanent closed top with access cap above cleanout. Provide concrete valve box w/ cast iron top set flush w/ finish grade Refer to Addendum 3 attached. 3. Provide new screen doors and frames. Labor Only. 4. Installation of Umbrella Clotheslines. Labor Only. Unit 620: 1. Living Room - Seal around window a/c unit with foam as in other units. 2. Stairs - The LVT plants are not long enough to cover the trends of the fifth step up and the top step. 3. Kitchen - Repair scratched LVT planks in front of the range. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. Unit Kitchen Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring near the right side of the refrigerator and at the end of the dividing wall between kitchen and utility area. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. Unit Kitchen - Repair scratched LVT planks in front of the range. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. 2. Upstairs Landing/Hallway Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring under the closet doorstop and at the back of the closet. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. Unit Upstairs Hallway Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring near the closet doorstop and at the bathroom threshold and the bottom of the bathroom doorframe on the right side. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. Unit Upstairs Hallway Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring around the end of the halfwall and the corner of the hinge side of the closet. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. 2. Front Bedroom Match lightbulb. 3. Front Bedroom paint baseboard where reworked and reattached

2 4. Rear Bedroom Remove caulking used to fill gaps. Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. Unit Living Room Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring at the bottom left of the kitchen opening. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. 2. Kitchen Repair scratched LVT planks between the sink and washing machine. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. 3. Install quad plate cover in cabinet. 4. Front Bedroom fix peeling paint in closet 5. Front Bedroom Rework and replace LVT peeling up 6. Back Bedroom Bottom left of the closet door frame, rework LVT plank to fill gap in flooring. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. Unit Living Room Repair scratched LVT planks at the left side of opening to kitchen. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. 2. Kitchen Repair scratched LVT planks between the sink and washing machine. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. a. To right/front of refrigerator (out 2 from wall) b. In front of sink (off/out 2-3 from the cabinet) 3. Utility Area clean floor under water heater. 4. Upstairs Hallway Repair scratched LVT planks between the end of the half-wall and the rear bedroom wall. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. 5. Rear bedroom Clean soiled or repair scratched LVT planks near the closet. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. 6. Front Bedroom (furthest from stairs) Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. Unit Kitchen Repair scratched LVT planks in front of the refrigerator and the sink. Replace scratched planks if unable to repair scratches. 2. Utility Area Infill base around pipes under the water heater where sheathing is visible Unit Living Room Clean excess paint/caulking from LVT along base of west wall 2. Clean base below stair wall 3. Bedroom Clean streaks in the southeast corner. Replace planks if unable to clean. 4. Bedroom Rework LVT plank to fill in the gap in the flooring in the east corner near the doorstep and inside the closet. Replace planks that are too short/narrow. 5. Bathroom clean adhesive off of threshold between hallway and bathroom.

3 ADDENDUM THREE B. Window Mounted Air Conditioner with Heater 1. Quantity: a. Townhouse Units: Provide one (1) unit downstairs and one (1) upstairs. b. Efficiency Units: Provide one (1) unit. 2. Capacity: (cool) BTU; (heat) BTU s for 550 sq. ft. cooling. 2. Power Type: Electric, single phase. a. Power: 115 volts or 240 volts (contractor shall field verify and coordinate unit selection with power available). b. MOCP: Equal to 20 amps. c. Cord & Plug: Applicable to existing receptacle NEMA configuration.

4 3. Installation Type: Window Mounted. 4. Features: Electronic controls, three (3) speed cool, three (3) speed fan, pleated window mounting kit, all mounting accessories required for specified existing condition. 5. Available Manufacturer: Subject to compliance with requirements, manufacturers offering products that may be incorporated into this Work include, but not limited to the following: a. General Electric-Hotpoint; b. KitchenAid; c. Whirlpool Corp.; 6. Basis of Design: Frigidaire; Model #FFRH1222R2 4) Scope of Work Outline is applicable to all units in Building , currently known as Rosa Parks Building, except for Unit 634. Unit 634 has been designated as the historic site of Rosa Parks and sub sequentially no work is required including interior or exterior specified works. A07 Replace all existing electrical cover plate and provide new plates receptacles, communication outlets, cable TV outlets, and device plates with new devices and device plates and reconnect to the existing circuitry or low voltage wiring. c. Contractor shall coordinate the electrical requirements with new window units to be provided. Currently there is a mixture of 240V/1PH (20-amp) and 120V/1PH (20-amp) circuits already in place. There are some locations there is no circuit in place. It will be the contractor s responsibility to get proper receptacles, overcurrent protection, and circuitry to feed these new units. If new circuits are required they shall run concealed in the crawl space to the exterior wall and then rise up on the exterior wall for both floors. Provide surface metal raceway once rising up in the unit. Contractor shall coordinate all requirements of window A/C units with the existing conditions prior to bids and provide all electrical work needed for complete installation in Base Bid. A09 Remove existing ceiling mounted smoke detector and CO detector and provide new smoke and CO combination detector. a. Wireless Battery operated; equal to BRK Brands Inc.; Model PC910B or equal; Tamperproof sealed alarm, 3v lithium power cell, interconnected alarms, tamper resistant mounting bracket, photoelectric smoke sensor, electrochemical CO sensor.

5 b. Provide new smoke detection coverage in each unit to meet NFPA and the City of Montgomery guidelines. All smoke detectors shall be connected together for a complete alarm system. A12 Provide new paint finish on existing thru-wall air grille. a. See specification Painting for related requirements. b. Prior to painting, remove interior grille cover and installed exterior plywood sheathing at exterior grille and at interior grille with the cavity between completely filled with cellulose batt insulation. Caulk perimeter of sheathing to provide an air tight assembly. Paint all exposed sheathing. C06 Replace existing electrical cover plate all receptacles, communication outlets, cable TV outlets, and device plates with new devices and device plates and reconnect to the existing circuitry or low voltage wiring, c. Replace all existing GFCI type receptacles with new GFCI receptacles. d. Replace all existing receptacles within 6 of water with new GFCI type receptacle. f. Provide new arc flash 20A/1P circuit breaker in existing panel to feed new gas water heater. Provide manual motor switch disconnect at the gas water heater location and circuit with 2#12 & 1#12 GRD ½ conduit. c. Seal all plumbing line penetrations at upper and lower floor slabs. d. See Building Floor Plan Plumbing for additional applicable requirements. c. Finished chase wall shall equal to UL Design No. U341 for one-hour fire rated assembly with a STC rating of 50 minimum. C33 Along existing plumbing wall, seal all existing gaps, holes, openings in upper and lower floor slabs. a. Sealant shall be non-combusible and provide required thermal insulated value. DO7 Provide new duplex receptacle for refrigerator at refrigerator alcove.

6 a. Provide new combination arc flash/gfci type 20A/1P circuit breaker in existing panel to feed new refrigerator location. b. Provide NEMA 5-20R receptacle at the refrigerator location and circuit with 2#12 & 1#12 GRD ½ conduit. c. Extend circuitry from existing electrical service panel via exposed conduit through the kitchen storage alcove. F06 Replace Remove all existing electrical cover plate and provide new plates receptacles, communication outlets, cable TV outlets, and device plates with new devices and device plates and reconnect to the existing circuitry or low voltage wiring. H07 Replace remove all existing electrical cover plate and provide new plates receptacles, communication outlets, cable TV outlets, and device plates with new devices and device plates and reconnect to the existing circuitry or low voltage wiring. d. Remove miscellaneous nails, screws, and fasteners that are not part of the fascia / soffit assembly system. b. Repair damaged fascia including holes and dents as required to obtain a smooth consistent original finish appearance. c. Reattach loose or disconnected sections of fascia to provide flush assembly. d. Correct sagging soffit sections to provide a consistent level finished system. e. Remove existing No Trespassing No Loitering sign.
