13 Proposed In-Stream Energy Step Applications Code Overview Requirements will be effective 4 months following adoption. Developments that have submitted acceptable rezoning and development permit applications before adoption will have one year from adoption of bylaw to submit an acceptable Building Permit application under previous requirements. Additionally, projects endorsed by Development Permit Panel within 6 months of the bylaw s adoption will have 1 (or 2?) years to submit an acceptable BP application from DP issuance under previous requirements. 13
