2 Who are Limegate? Limegate was established in 2013 with an ambition of supplying permeable perfection to all of our surfacing installs across both the commercial and domestic markets. Year on year we have grown the business from strength to strength with some major commercial projects already delivered to high profile clientele and our domestic business seeing us achieve over 100 high specification surfacing installs across homes in Kent, Surrey, London, Essex and the Midlands. Our Operations are based in the South East, with other satellite hubs supporting our growing operations in the City of London, South East London and Medway Kent. Within our 2 nd year we became a prestige Approved Installer Contractor with Ronacrete, who are one of the world leaders in the manufacturing and supply of surfacing products. This is testament to our professional workmanship and service by upholding the long standing reputation of Ronacrete as a market leader. We specialise in a number of specialist surfacing products, but the leading products that have seen the major growth in the UK market is the Resin Bound system because of its permeability, environmental footprint by being SuDS compliant and its hard wearing, long standing finish that comes in various decorative finishes to suit your needs. Limegate has a suite of policies and procedures that support our primary focuses on Health & Safety and Environmental impact. We are proud approved principle contractors of CHAS, which assess our systems and attitudes to safety and our policies and procedures support and enhanced safety and environmentally friendly culture. We are now working towards ISO9001 to further enhance our process in line with the European standard of Quality Management.

3 Resin Bound Surfacing Resin bound aggregate surfaces are designed for pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Resin bound surfaces are decorative and functional, seamless and slightly flexible. The open matrix allows water to drain through to the base, eliminating water ponding and allowing water to drain to planted areas or land drains. The surfacing may be applied to SuDS compliant bases and subbases, reducing the impact of urban development on flood risk and allowing water to flow into water courses. Edgings created from brick, stone, timber or steel should be installed to retain and protect the resin bound surfacing. 5 Resin Bonded Surfacing Resin bonded surfacing is often referred to as a scatter system due to the method of installation. It provides a hard wearing, textured surface which is non-porous but also has high slip resistance. Resin bonded surfacing produces a surface with the appearance of natural aggregate or stone but with aggregate which is firmly bonded to the surface. Resin bonded surfacing provides surfaces for all types of traffic from paths to busy highways and provides excellent traction in wet and dry conditions. 7 Playground / Safety Surfacing Safety of children is paramount when they are playing on swings and slides. The soft play surfacing systems we use are suitable for play areas with equipment ensuring a soft surface if a child falls. 9 Groundworks We undertake all our own ground work operations in-house, including excavations, sub-base preparation, edgings and waste removal. This allows us to be involved with your project from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of work throughout. 12 Stone Paving We undertake installation of more traditional paving as well. Either as a finish or alongside our resin surfacing as an accent.
