11 PORTFOLIO OVERVIEW 1 Spacers Cost-effective, versatile, reliable: Reuss-Seifert plastic spacers can be widely used and meet the essential requirements in concrete construction. Thanks to the use of top-quality raw materials and on-going production checks, architects, site managers, planners and engineers can count on flawless product quality. This has been evidenced by universally valid test reports. PLASTIC Products from page 14. Spacers made of cast concrete and fibre concrete impress with their high temperature resistance, their high resistance against water penetration as well as their high freeze-thaw resistance. These spacers are thus used when special demands are placed on the surface of the concrete components. Concrete spacers are also particularly pressure-resistant and establish a good connection with the freshly-cast concrete, something which contributes to reducing the formation of cracks. STEEL Supports made of steel in the form of halters (Dista and Dista light) and trestles (four-legged and six-legged) guarantee that the upper reinforcement is positioned in the right area of the component. 16 Our top products in the field of spacers: 1 DINKI - robust ever-present Dinki is the proven wheel-shaped spacer for vertical reinforcement. It can be completely surrounded by concrete. Mounting is quick and easy. Thanks to the special design of the iron slots, the DVB-tested product is ideally suited for various bar diameters. Linear spacer. You can find this product on page 18. DRUZACK - flexible to use Druzack is perfect for bottom reinforcement. However, when reversed, the large-scale supporting spacer can also be used on soft surfaces. It is quick to install and is particularly cost-effective to use. Thanks to its special zig-zag shape, the concrete is not intersected in a linear manner. Other advantages: Druzack is particularly stable, tip-resistant and easy to store. You can find this product on page 29. SOFIX-K - minimal formwork contact If special demands are placed on the surfaces of concrete components e.g. exposed concrete, reduced depth of penetration of water cast concrete spacers such as Sofix-K are ideal. 58 Our top products in the field of sealing systems: DUXPA -metal strip reliably and durably watertight 2 Thanks to their special mineral coating, Duxpa metal strips establish a strong connection with concrete. Crystallising substances sinter the structural joints and thus increase levels of impermeability. Infiltration of the joint system can therefore be reliably prevented. Protective films are not required. Added value: Duxpa metal strips are workable regardless of the temperature. This means that they can be installed all year round, even under extreme weather conditions. You can find this product on page 60. DUXPA -fabric hose close-knit protection The Duxpa fabric hose is highly recommendable for sealing structural joints in concrete components, pipe penetrations and other penetrations. Its close-knit fabric mesh provides effective protection against the infiltration of cement particles, but it is, however, permeable for injection resin at lower pressures.
