Test specimen description and results are reported herein. 3.4 Test Date(s): 07/17/17 & 07/18/ Test Record Retention End Date: All test records for this report will be retained until July 18, Test Location: Intertek-ATI test facility in Lithia Springs, Georgia. 3.7 Test Specimen Source: The test specimens were provided by the client. Representative samples of the test specimen(s) will be retained by Intertek-ATI for a minimum of two years from the test completion date. 3.8 Drawing Reference: The test specimen drawings have been reviewed by Intertek-ATI and are representative of the test specimen(s) reported herein. Test specimen construction was verified by Intertek-ATI per the drawings located in Appendix C. 3 Test Report No.: H Page 2 of Test Method(s): ASTM E (2011), Test Method for Determining the Drainage Efficiency of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) Clad Wall Assemblies 5.0 Test Specimen Description: 5.1 Product Sizes: Both Specimens Tested Are the Same Size Table 1 Overall Area: Width Height 3.0 m² (32.0 ft 2 ) millimeters inches millimeters inches Overall size Base Wall Construction: The base wall was constructed of nominal 2x4 wood studs spaced 16" on center. A sheet of nominal 7/16" thick Georgia-Pacific ForceField Air & Water Barrier Sheathing was secured to the studs with #8 x 1-1/4" Philips Bugle-Head coarse thread drywall screws spaced 8" on center. Sheathing was applied with three 4ft long horizontal seams and two 2ft long vertical seams. All seams were sealed with ForceField TM seam tape. The wall utilized two 2x8 Southern-Yellow-Pine on the jambs to facilitate testing. (Sheathing and stucco system was applied by Georgia-Pacific Gypsum representatives). Specimen #2 had a layer of Tyvek Stucco Wrap TM applied to the ForceField WRB TM. 5.3 EIFS Components: The EIFS was fabricated utilizing the members listed in Table 2. The results are tabulated as follows: 7.1 Calibration Data: The water spray applicator was calibrated prior to the test being completed.
