4 STRAPPING PRODUCTS PET strapping is used when regular polypropylene strapping isn't strong enough to get the job done. Polyester strap most closely resembles steel strapping in its physical characteristics. Polyester strapping will withstand higher tensioning than other plastic strapping up to 25% higher, with equivalent break strengths. It will retain tension on rigid loads better than other non-metallic strapping. PET strapping can be used with either buckles or serrated seals. Available sizes: 12mm, 16mm, 16mmx0.8mm, 19mm Polypropylene strapping has many applications on manual and automatic machines. This strapping can even be used in the food industry, for bricks or newspapers. It is produced in different colors and can also be personalized with a company name. Available sizes: Various sizes

5 Palletwrap is a stretch film commonly used to protect and secure loads of packaged goods. Palletwrap is a high cling stretch film, excellent for hand or machine wrap application. Palletwrap is sometimes confused with shrinkwrap which is a heat sealable film. Palletwrap is available in a variety of sizes and strengths. Available sizes: Various sizes Shrinkwrap is a packaging film requiring heat that contracts the film to tightly fit a product and protect against moisture, separation and damage. Shrinkwrap is often confused with palletwrap. Shrinkwrap is often used to unitize a pallet loads or bundling smaller items. 8 Galvanized strapping is considered better that steel as it does not rust. Galvanized strapping is mostly used in areas where a lot of water and harsh conditions are involved. Galvanized strapping is used with galvanized seals. It is ideal for long term outdoor storage of a strapped product, in caustic or corrosive environments, and for maritime use. Unlike traditional galvanized strap, zinccoated strap will not stain your load and is waxed for easy application. Available in both regular-duty and high-tensile strength, zinc strapping has the same strength and loadholding characteristics of standard black painted and waxed strapping. 10 Tools We supply a variety of crimping tools designed for light duty, medium duty and heavy duty. Crimpers are often used alongside tensioners. All our tools are imported to ensure our customers the best value for their money. We also repair anything from pallet wrap machine to the smallest of crimpers. Crimpers are commonly used to tighten seals around strapping.
