Good luck QC Specialist NDE Level 3 QC NDE Level 2 QC Weld (Level 1 Welding) The QC Specialist NDE Level 3 will report directly to the Quality Managers. They are ultrasonic experts who monitor Construction Contractors (PCC) NDE, and ensure Procedural use of NDE Ultrasonic and Radiographic interpretation by the PCC is followed. Audits Field Quality Control Inspector Level 2 and PCC to ensure Operators are competent. The QC NDE Level 2 will report directly to the Quality Managers. They witness and interpret the automated AUT equipment on the main Pipeline and provide interpretation of results found either for Acceptance of Welding or Initiation of Weld repair. They shall inform the Welding foreman and mark up repairs for the welder. They shall cross check repairs. The QC Weld will report directly to the Quality Manager. They are the inspectors who check Welding parameters are followed and Piping is fabricated, installed and tested. They carry out visual inspection and checks with parameter tools such as Gauges or Tong testers etc. They carry out checks that pipes are acceptable mechanically for use. They witness Hydrostatic tests of valves and Pipeline sections. They ensure that PCC Coatings and wrappings are installed properly. They ensure PCC Coatings Inspector is using Inspection and testing tools correctly. Coating inspectors with NACE Level III qualification (NACE Level III)

2 Coating inspectors with NACE Level II qualification (NACE Level II) (NACE Level I) The QC Weld / Coating will report directly to the Quality Manager. They are the inspectors who check Welding parameters are followed and Piping is fabricated, installed and tested. They carry out visual inspection and checks with parameter tools such as Gauges or Tong testers etc. They carry out checks that pipes are acceptable mechanically for use. They witness Hydrostatic tests of valves and Pipeline sections. They ensure that PCC Coatings and wrappings are installed properly. They ensure PCC Coatings Inspector is using Inspection and testing tools correctly. 2 years minimum experience. QC Mechanical QC Inspector Civil QC Inspector Electrical / Instrumentation / Controls / Telecoms / Cathodic Protection The QC Mechanical will report directly to the Quality Managers. They are responsible for ensuring all mechanical installations are in place such as valves, pumps, and test equipment for temporary and permanent works. They are responsible for ensuring the works are tested, tests recorded, preservation and maintenance requirements are met, and that the works are installed correctly. Qualifications to be proposed. The QC Inspector Civil will report directly to the Quality Manager. They are inspectors who check the foundations and supports are fabricated correctly. They carry out inspections on civil aspects of the pipeline installation and station areas. They ensure structures are acceptable for use. They continually carry out visual inspections of the structure and foundation works. They are present to advise on any on site fabrication and testing that is required per EPCM specification and to ensure construction CONTRACTOR works to acceptable standard. The QC Inspector Electrical / Instrumentation / Controls / Telecoms / Cathodic Protection will report directly to the Quality Manager. They are inspectors who check the high voltage electrical power cables, heat tracing, fibre optic cable, ducting, SCADA, instrumentation, telecoms or cathodic protection systems. 5 years minimum experience. Qualifications to be proposed.

3 Technical Clerk (Quality) Senior Quality Manager The Technical Clerk will report directly to the Project Quality Manager. He will have background and experience in Quality Control and Assurance. He will check and maintain Quality records, Liaise with EPCM QC, support QA/QC team and maintain Spread sheets and data bases. The Program Quality Manager will report directly to the Program Quality Manager and have the following responsibilities: Manages, Coordinates and liaises with Client QA/QC and EPCM Construction QA/QC personnel and Construction CONTRACTORS. Provides support for Construction QC leads and at all construction areas. VENDOR and CONTRACTOR coordination and technical support with Engineering and Construction. Responsible for recruitment and interviews with personnel. Close liaison with CLIENT and EPCM Spread Managers. Attends meetings and chairs Quality meetings. Interfaces with Project QA/QC Manager and Engineering. Interfaces with EPCM / Vendor QC Inspector and TPI agencies.

4 Quality Managers Lot 1 / 2 & 3 The Quality Managers will report directly to the Senior Quality Manager. They will manage allocated Pipeline Lots, Spreads and Stations. They will supervise and control discipline on each site for the entire scope of works, including Material receipt through to pipeline completion. Their responsibilities are as follows: Responsible for all Quality Control at sites. Ensures Construction CONTRACTORS are following all aspects of the scope of works including use of the electronic barcode Pipe Tracking System. Ensures all documentation is up to date. Liaise closely with CLIENT inspectors and CONTRACTORS. Monitoring and inspecting CONTRACTORS and other interface construction activities to ensure they are in compliance with latest PROJECT specifications, IAA drawings, and procedures. Review construction activities to ensure work is on schedule. Liaise on a daily basis with CONTRACTOR S site personnel. Provide input, as required, into the mechanical completion and precommissioning activities. The preparation, modification or validation of instrumentation, drawings, specifications, calculations, and procedures in support of the PROJECT. Provide a daily report to immediate supervisor, highlighting any delays or areas of concern.

5 Quality Leads The Quality Leads will report directly to the Quality Managers. Responsibilities are as follows: Coordination of the inspection teams on site. Responsible for all Quality Control at sites. Ensures Construction CONTRACTORS are following all aspects of the scope of works including use of the electronic barcode Pipe Tracking System. Ensures all documentation is up to date. Liaise closely with CLIENT inspectors and CONTRACTORS. Review construction activities to ensure work is on schedule. Liaise on a daily basis with CONTRACTOR S site personnel. Provide input, as required, into the mechanical completion and precommissioning activities.
