Tenancies utilised shared services, kitchen and waste treatment. Construction Type Lightweight party walls. Brunetti s used solid composite stone, marble and brass finish. Two Johns used custom hard wood joinery, in situ concrete benchtops. Notes Design and construction was procured though the one of the most restrictive security environments in Australia. Construction window for the renovation of the area was tight and could not interefere with tenancies above or below the tenancies. Client group for each tenancy was mixed with the core client being Red Rock Airport.
