Shade Screens: Route 21 office park in Pretoria has used our deck finishing facia plank to create shade screens over the windows. These screens are aesthetically pleasing as well as functional they do what they were designed to do. We are also able to build various types of functional privacy and sliding screens, as well as pergolas using this profile material, which can be seen on page two of this brochure. Screen Walling: We used our wider facia plank to increase the height of boundary walls between properties that require additional privacy. Being maintenance free, cost effective and efficient to install, this type of walling solution is becoming more and more popular.this type of application works well in Residential complexes where boundary walls are low and a solution other than brick and mortar is required.
