3 Why Eureka UPVC Windows Eureka UPVC profiles are made with Calcium Zinc based heat stabilizer there by making it compliant with RoHS and British standard BS EN 128 and are also lead free. The UPVC compound is formulated with high dose of Titanium dioxide to meet the India s high UV radiation level which is 10 times higher than Europe and 2-3 times higher than that of China. The outer wall thickness of UPVC profiles is 2.5mm (Class B) that leads to high impact strength to withstand high wind load conditions in India. Density of UPVC compound is maintained as per ASTM standard 1.46 with less content of filler (Calcium Carbonate) that makes it less brittle and more durable.
