WORK EXPERIENCE EMPRO PLANT SUPERVISION PVT LTD (November 2011 till date) : Straits Cement, Kuantan, Malaysia Duration : 8 Months (May 2015 to December 2015) Designation : Commissioning Engineer, Electrical & Instrumentation Represented the supplier KHD Germany for a 5000 TPD cement plant. Review of PIDs prior to commissioning and issuing modification of PIDs according to project standards. Coordinate with the Erection Department by defining the priority systems according to the commissioning point of view.

2 Preparation of electrical completion certificate, ready for commissioning forms of systems and submit to company and client management for approval. Responsible for individual equipment trial and group trial of material handling to clinker transport departments and notifying management and programmers for any modifications in logic. Responsible for coordination with supplier for the commissioning of Hazemag supplied 6.6kV/1100 kw Double Shaft Hammer Crusher. Responsible for first run of equipment like AVIC supplied belt conveyors, bag filters, damper actuators, diverting gates, vibrating screens, apron feeders, Wagner magnetic separators, Aumund bucket elevators and apron conveyors etc. Responsible for the first run and group trial of NHI supplied circular and longitudinal stacker reclaimers. Coordinating with supplier for Claudius Peters supplied silo aeration systems for Raw Meal Silo and Cement Silos. Coordination with supplier for Siemens supplied Ultramat 23 Gas Analyzer System for preheater and coal mill sections. Coordination with supplier for FLS supplied Romix Samplers for both auto-sampling and manual sampling systems. Develop punch item database by systems, checking for completion and close-out of punch items accordingly with client and company agreed standards. : Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd, Belgaum, India Duration : 4 Months (January 2015 to May 2015) Designation : Commissioning Engineer, Electrical & Instrumentation Represented the client, Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd for KHD supplied 4500 TPD plant. Commissioning of Enexco supplied truck loaders. Coordinating and assisting the supplier for Enexco supplied packer machines. Coordination with supplier for Eriez supplied magnetic separators and metal detectors of Cement Mill Department. Responsible for the first run, group trial, and load trial of all belt conveyors, bag diverters, damper actuators, vibrating screens and bagfilters in the packing plant department. : BUA Group, Edo Cement, Nigeria Duration : 11 Months (December 2013 to November 2014) Designation : Installation Supervisor, Electrical & Instrumentation Represented the client, BUA International for an FLS supplied 6000 TPD plant. Assisted the project manager for scheduling and planning of the project. Material inspection of all electrical and instrumentation equipment.

3 Supervise all construction activities related to electrical and instrumentation installation of Raw Mill, Pyroprocess, Cooler, and Cement Mill Feed departments. Coordinating with Installation Department for completion of erection work for precommissioning works. Carried out the DCS loop checking, PLC logic test of Pyroprocess and Cooler departments. : Kanbawza Cement, Myanmar Duration : 5 Months (June 2013 to November 2013) Designation : Installation and Commissioning Supervisor, Electrical & Instrumentation Represented the supplier LV Technology for LVT supplied 1200 TPD plant. Reviewing the supplier design documents and notifying client about any modification if required. Designing cable tray routing according to site condition and notifying the client for modification. Supervise construction activities related to electrical and instrumentation installation. Guiding subcontractors about the proper work procedures and preparing protocols. Responsible for the preparing electrical completion certificates, individual function test, group trial, and dry run of equipment of Limestone crusher department. Commissioning of Limestone Crusher and material handling equipment such as apron conveyors, belt conveyors, diverting gates etc. : ABB India Ltd, Bangalore Duration : 6 Months (January 2013 to June 2013) Designation : Engineer, Engineering Division Designing and drafting of cable tray routing for material handling and cooler sections of 6000 TPD Orient Cement, Chittapur. Calculation/designing and drafting of earthing and lightning layout for process buildings and substations. : Walsin Lihwa Corporation, Taiwan Duration : 6 Months (July 2012 to January 2013) Designation : Installation Supervisor, Electrical & Instrumentation Represented ABB Taiwan for an Andritz supplied Steel Rolling Mill. Planning the location of instruments and junction boxes according to site condition. Installation of Field Instruments, Junction Boxes, Cables, and Trays.

4 Supervise & monitor all the construction activities at site relating to electrical and instrumentation. Carried out all pre-commissioning works, setting up the communications, testing the electrical pre-requirements. Actively participated in commissioning activities, individual function tests and group function tests. Assisted ABB engineers in commissioning activities. : KJS Cements, India Duration : 8 Months (November 2011 to July 2012) Designation : Site Engineer, Electrical & Instrumentation Represented Plant Supervision as a subcontractor for electrical and instrumentation works for an FLS supplied 6000 TPD Cement Plant. Installation of Field Instruments, Junction Boxes, Cables, and Trays. Supervise & monitor all the construction activities at site relating to instrumentation. Assisting the principle contractor Siemens in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Attend various site meetings to monitor the work progress and to discuss/propose any modification during construction. LARSEN & TOUBRO ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION DIVISION (June 2010 to October 2011) : Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd Duration : 16 Months (June 2010 to October 2011) Designation : Site Supervisor, Instrumentation Installation of Field Instruments, Junction Boxes, Cables, Trays and Tubings. Material procurement, inspection. Supervise & monitor all the construction activities at site relating to instrumentation. Prepare Daily Progress Reports etc. Coordinate with the QA/QC inspectors to ensure the quality of work and to meet company QA/QC objectives. Coordinate with the Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions and to meet company HSE objectives. Attend various site meetings to monitor the work progress and to discuss/propose any modification during construction. Responsible for getting the certificates signed like field inspection notice, joint measurement bill etc.

5 EDUCATION QUALIFICATION Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from PESIT, South Campus, Bangalore affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technical University (VTU), Belgaum. Diploma in Electronics and Communication from Government Polytechnic, Soraba, Karnataka. TECHNICAL EXPOSURE A good knowledge of PLC programming with Siemens S7-400 and S7-300 PLCs and PCS7. Completed Indian Society for Technical Education approved Industrial Automation course with specialization in PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider Electric). Completed a certification course in AutoCAD Have good computer skills in MS Office/Excel/Publisher/Outlook. Have done company newsletters and company brochures using Adobe Photoshop.
