When Dancer Concrete Design first began business, we focused on bringing concrete items into interior spaces through bespoke architectural elements: that was, until we found floors. We appreciated how much a floor could either transform a room, or simply be a subtle backdrop to the space. We wanted to improve interiors by introducing a better solution: a highly versatile way to stylize spaces, design that sparked conversations among friends, and flooring that was truly handcrafted and offered a more sustainable, natural, and long-term option. Over 9 years later, since that first hand grinder was put on a concrete surface, we have wanted to add value to your life, your space, and to serve. We think construction done well doesn t have to come with the typical contractor experience. The way we do business attracts the best customers who value open communication, workmanship, and good design. As we grow, our dedication to creating an exceptional experience for our clients stems from cultivating a caring team, and always remembering to love what we do." -Nick Dancer, Founder + Owner

A B C D *Aggregate size, shape and color will vary depending on specific concrete. Class A: Cream Aggregate: Polished surface resulting in little-to-no aggregate exposure. Some light sand exposure. Class B: Fine/Sand Aggregate: Removes not more than 1/16" of concrete surface by grinding and polishing resulting in majority of exposure displaying fine aggregate with little-to-no medium aggregate at random locations. Light exposure with some cream. Class C: Medium Aggregate: Removes not more than 1/8" of concrete surface by grinding and polishing resulting in the majority of exposure displaying medium aggregate with little-to-no large aggregate at random locations. Light sand exposure with some heavy aggregate. Class D: Large Aggregate: Removes not more than 1/4" of concrete surface by grinding and polishing resulting in the majority of exposure displaying large aggregate with little-to-no small amounts of fine aggregate at random locations. Heavy aggregate exposure with some light sand.

MATTE FINISH SATIN FINISH MATTE FINISH: 200 GRIT This level produces a concrete floor that is easy to maintain and delivers a soft, matte finish. This option is popular in residential and industrial settings. This is the most economical finish level. SATIN FINISH: 400 GRIT, LEVEL 1 This level has a diffused reflection and is popular in industrial settings or when a more matte finish is desired. HIGH SHEEN SUPER SHEEN HIGH SHEEN: 800 GRIT, LEVEL 2 With this level of sheen, the floor will reflect clearly identifiable objects. This is a popular flooring option for restaurants, retail, or other areas where a high sheen is desired. SUPER SHEEN: 1500 GRIT, LEVEL 3 This highly-polished surface reflects light and objects in a mirror-like reflection. Colors from surrounding objects are also reflected in the floor. Museums, schools, or anywhere a stunning finish is desired is where this option is popular.

ABOUT PENETRATING CONCRETE DYES Dancer Concrete Design offers a penetrating concrete dye that can be used on indoor concrete polishing or concrete sealing applications. This dye penetrates deep into the porous concrete surface, creating a long-lasting, durable color treatment for interior concrete floors. This is a translucent coloring system and will have variations depending on the concrete substrate. This is also the most economic coloring solution. GOLD RAW SIENNA CARMEL SAND TERRA COTTA MAHOGANY SADDLE BROWN CHOCOLATE BROWN WALNUT BURNT SIENNA CHESTNUT MAROON SEPIA EGGPLANT TURQUOISE SLATE BLUE PATRIOT BLUE GREEN PINE GREEN FOREST GREEN BLACK MIDNIGHT BLACK GRAY RED

ABOUT REACTIVE STAINS Dancer Concrete Design offers reactive concrete stains that, unlike penetrating dyes, can be used on indoor AND outdoor concrete. The stain reacts with the lime in the cement, producing permanent and variegated coloring. This is a translucent coloring system that will have variations in coloring depending on the concrete substrate. GOLD AZURE BLUE MALAYAN BLUFF SOFT MAPLE MESQUITE WENGE WOOD AVOCADO SHIFTING SAND DESERT AMBER *Avocado, Shifting Sand, and Azure Blue Concrete Reactive Stains are indoor colors only. COFFEE BROWN

CONCRETE DENSIFYING + STAIN GUARD All of our Dancer Concrete Design Select Step floor installations include a two-application process, utilizing a premium concrete densification treatment and a stain guard conditioner. These products penetrate into the concrete surface to increase abrasion resistance, decrease permeability, maintain co-effiecients of friction for slip-resistance, and provide one of the most durable hard-surface flooring systems available. *An additional 3rd Step floor conditioning is recommended in food areas such as cafeterias or restaurants. ** Polished Concrete Floor Sealers are not recommended in wet rooms such as bathrooms or kitchens. A urethane-sealed floor will work best. URETHANE SEALING A urethane sealer blocks the pores of the concrete substrate to protect against water damage, staining, salts, and mold spores. This is the recommended solution when wanting a "polished" look in wet rooms such as light-duty kitchens and bathrooms. *Upgrade option. CONTROL JOINT FILLING Control Joints are placed in the concrete slab when poured. They are planned by an architect in the design of a space. These joints are filled with a polyurea compound to protect the joints' edges from chipping while keeping dirt and debris out of the joints. This filler is available in many color options to compliment the floor. *Upgrade option.

OVERLAY SYSTEMS - POLISHED We offer a resurfacing solution to sound and solid concrete surfaces. Our resurfacing process allows you to bring a new look to your concrete without the hassel of entire concrete replacement. The new surface is just as durable as traditional concrete with additional design and color options available. Warranty + Guarantee on all overlay projects. GROUT COAT OPTION Our grout coat option will coat your polished concrete surface to fill in small hair-line cracks and pin holes. After the grout coat is applied we complete the polishing process to finalize concealing and filling minor concrete flaws. This process enhances the beauty of your floor and creates a smooth, easy-to-clean concrete surface.
