1 136 Lighpaths Fiber Protection System, ducting, or raceway is the ideal system for routing and protecting cables routed through exchanges, central offices, CATV headends, data centers, collocation sights, hubs, shelters, nodes, and customer premises. Lighpaths maintains a 2 bend radius throughout the system. Lighpaths is the only Halogen-free system on the market, and the only system that exceeds Telcordia GR-63 NEBS requirements as tested by an independent third party test lab. Mounting Hardware The parts connecting the Lighpaths system do not require mounting hardware. No other system on the market can make this claim. Parts are assembled in seconds with the new patented slide-on-joiner. Vertical drops can be added in less than 5 minutes by snapping them in place with no mounting hardware required. Drops exit the side of the raceway in order to not interfere with overhead ladder racking. Lighpaths is available in all popular sizes to accommodate virtually any application. Use tees at corners where horizontal routes may continue. Retro elbows are supplied with a slit in the body to permit entrance of existing cables without the need to disconnect. By exiting the side of the system, interference with ladder racking and other objects, typically mounted above the horizontal raceway, is avoided. 7 142 Pre-assembled Downspouts Pre-assembled Downspouts are horizontal tees with vertical downspouts. By exiting the side of the system, interference with ladder racking and other objects, typically mounted above the horizontal raceway, is avoided. Kits can be supplied with downspouts preassembled on one or both sides of short straight section.
