2 Classic Board System with Foundations The original DFB mini playing field board system, selected by the German soccer association DFB for the Germany wide 1,000 mini playing fields project, i.e. erected and tested 1,000 times, is highly popular with boys and girls/young and old Consisting of boards (Standard-Size 20 x 13m: 4 board elements per playing field side and 2 board elements of 5m length each per goal box side), goal boxes and ball catching net pieces; entrance doors are installed at the goal boxes on both sides This system requires foundations (14 bucket foundations) This is a stationary board system according to DIN EN 15312, i.e. free access multi-sports equipment in Available in many dimensions: Standard size 20x13m; further sizes are also available, even larger playing fields, e.g. 10x15m, 15x30m, 20x40m or in a size requested by customer according to respective requirements/prerequisites Premium safe net pieces with max. 50 x 50mm mesh size and 4mm thickness as stipulated by TÜV, which can neither be climbed nor cause injury to hands or fingers; colour and design freely selectable Made in Germany, erected on a planar prepared base surface provided by the customer and screwed in place complying with standards, in addition, goal, door and net pieces for behind the goals are delivered and assembled for both goal sides compliance with DIN EN including CS certificate and noise report Especially suited for permanent use outdoors, also indoors, subject to requirements Sicherheit geprüft Fertigung überwacht For permanent use outdoor

4 Board clamping vibration-reduced and glided Classic Board System with Foundations The steel construction as a whole system is statically verified and hot dip galvanized according to DIN EN / DIN EN and DIN EN ISO 1461 and surface-coated Double layer board elements with 0.75mm galvanized sheet profile on both sides, special paint coated, with particularly dense and noise absorbing special foam filling for optimum sound insulation as prescribed by the German soccer association DFB for mini soccer grounds Specific board clamping: The board elements are clamped into sandwich clamping posts both in a vibration-reducing and gliding manner The construction is easy to assemble and maintain, facilitating unproblematic assembly and disassembly, i.e. board elements can also be exchanged without damage at a later date Resistant to vandalism due to high-quality, robust and durable construction (Our comment: generally, in our experience, the feedback based on 1,000 DFB mini soccer grounds erected has been extraordinarily positive, i.e. there has been very little damage, either wilful or of any other nature since this attractive sports facility is positively evaluated and well treated by young people). Advantages of this board clamping system compared to systems where board elements are inserted into U profiles from the front or from above and connected therewith permanently: easy non-destructive exchangeability of all board elements high noise insulation due to the way components are inserted into safe screw connections (hence, no resonance due to self-oscillation in case of impact or wind loads) statically verified, particularly stable construction absorbing and balancing temperature and impact- induced changes in length UTILITIES FOR SPORTS AND PROPAGANDA GMBH & CO. Our system is modular designed, so that board elements can be removed without damage and inserted again in just a few minutes thanks to the sandwich technique.
