Structural fasteners in the underlap fl ange are hidden by the snap-together overlap. Diamond Rib is an exposed fastening panel with 30 coverage width and available lengths of up to DR36 is available in 36 coverage widths for faster installation. 4 SuperVic Manufactured in Stratford, ON, Victoriaville, QC and Kensington, PE A rugged solution for roofing on a budget Our SuperVic profile gives you the classic look of standing seam in a cost-effective roof or wall solution. Four main ribs, 3/4 (19 mm) high, coupled with stiffening beads on each low side of these main ribs, give triple protection and assure a snug fitting side lap. Its greater strength permits spans over 20 (508 mm), resulting in fewer supports and fasteners. For installation, you can reverse the sheets which minimizes material loss. These combined factors make SuperVic the perfect choice for long term protection on a limited budget. 7/8 Corrugated and Edmonton, AB Continuous wavelike corrugations will give a unique face to any building surface Corrugations, measuring only 2 5/8 (67.5 mm) from crest to crest, produce a shadow effect that is both symmetrical and attractive. For any wall cladding or roofing application, the 7/8 Corrugated sheet is an excellent choice. Vicwest s 7/8 Corrugated profile is available in two coverages: 34 1/2 (878 mm) or 26 5/8 (677 mm). Designed with five 3/4 (19 mm) ribs with clear, bold, modern lines, it will give your building a look of distinction. An anti-seepage rib offers a watertight lap design for slopes under 4/12 with taped side laps on recommended fastening centers of 16, GRAND RIB PROFILE making this profile a perfect choice for either roofing or wall applications. Victoria and Kensington, PE Reliability and durability in an economical profile for existing and new farm buildings Victoria is, without a doubt, one of the most economical profiles that you can use on roofs and walls of new and existing farm buildings. Victoria has proven to provide years of longevity since it is both reliable and durable with its triple protection, side lap and reversible design. As a result, Victoria can fulfill all of your agricultural cladding needs. Minimum recommended slope: 4/12. Recommended nailing centers: 16 (406 mm). Flattening on the top of the main ribs provides for ease of fastening. Double-M Added protection to prevent water infiltration The Vicwest Double-M profile combines the added protection of a double rib and an anti-seepage pocket to prevent water infiltration. It offers more security for roofs with a low pitch or long span. It s also ideal for wall applications. 6 UltraVic Manufactured in Stratford, ON, Edmonton, AB, Victoriaville, QC and Saskatoon, SK An easy-to-install board and batten style with enhanced weather protection and snow load capacity UltraVic is a traditional Board and Batten style that is easy to install and is equally effective for both roofing and wall applications. Extra strengthening in the side laps and intermediate ribs gives UltraVic improved weather protection, incomparable snow load capacity and increased rigidity. This profile has a 36 (914 mm) coverage area per sheet resulting in quick installation. Weathertight Manufactured in Saskatoon, SK and Edmonton, AB The name says it all - keep the weather out! Weathertight s ribbed design assures snug, weather-tight joints and positive free-running drainage. It can be used for roofs and siding on most types of structures. It s low rib design allows its use on 4/12 pitched roofs and higher. The 32 (813 mm) coverage makes it adaptable to most buildings for ease of installation with professional results. A full range of flashings and accessories, specifically designed for use with the Weathertight profile, are available. These fittings are precision-formed to ensure an exact watertight fit at all joints. Barnmaster Manufactured in Stratford, ON A versatile, fully reversible profile Five main ribs 1/2 (13 mm) high make Barnmaster sheets compatible with most 5 rib, 32 coverage sheets on the market. This versatile profile is fully reversible and can be applied as either a wall or roof covering, making it the perfect sheet to stock in 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 foot lengths. 10 DripStop* Condensation Control Protect your buildings and contents from the effects of condensation When the temperature and humidity conditions reach the dew point, moisture condenses on the underside of uninsulated metal creating water droplets, which fall, causing damage to the contents below and promoting mould and bacterial growth.
