3 Our manufacturing capabilities: We manufacture a wide range of Rubber / Elastomeric insulated wires & cables as per: I.S Part 1 & Part 2. Our manufacturing range consists of: Single core cables from: 0.5 Sq mm up to 300 Sq mm. Multi-core cables from: 0.5 Sq mm up to 25 Sq mm. Voltage grades from: 660 Volts (0.6 kv) to Volts (11 kv). Extra high voltage grade cables can be manufactured on request. Screened & Shielded cables are also manufactured. Cables braided / reinforced with: Nylon / Polyester / Glass fibre yarns or S.S / G.I / Copper wires are available. Customised (Tailor made) wires & cables are also manufactured as per requirement. Testing laboratory: We have a modern & fully equipped testing laboratory for testing various types of rubbers & wires / cables. Our laboratory is equipped with the following testing instruments: Tensile strength & Tear strength testing machine for rubbers. Compression set testing apparatus for rubbers. Rubber hardness testers: Shore A & D. Insulation resistance testing machine for cables. High voltage testing machine for cables.

4 Silicone rubber insulated wires & cables (Heat resistant): Construction: Single core cables: Silicone rubber insulated: 0.5 Sq mm to 300 Sq mm. Multi-core cables: Silicone rubber insulated & sheathed: 0.5 Sq mm to 25 Sq mm. Cables are available with optional protective braids such as: Fibreglass / Nylon / Polyester / Copper wire / S.S wire / G.I wire. Screened & Shielded cables are also manufactured. Cables with customised constructions can be manufactured as well. Conductors used: Bare Copper, Annealed Tinned-Copper (ATC), Silver-Plated-Copper (SPC). Voltage grades: 1.1 kv (1100 Volts) to 11 kv (11000 Volts). Advantages of Silicone cables: Excellent electrical properties such as: High dielectric breakdown strength, High insulation resistance, Low dielectric constant.
