24 3 - Scope of Works Example Fire Protection Network (24)

25 4 - Competitive Dialogue F4E has selected this procedure on the basis of several considerations complexity of the contract programme (design, supply, build, commission and operate) Unability to define technical means or solutions of satisfying the needs or or objectives Unability to specify the financial make-up of the project necessary consolidation/refinement of input data. (25)
