These structures are available in either 3m, 4m or 5m square footprints. They bring a different dimension to any space and offer an attractive alternative to the traditional A frame structure. This 5m x 5m peak roof structure brings a new, luxury option of Chinese hat pagoda. The high end finish which is achievable through our new design allows for glazing, solid doors and ABS walling to be installed, providing a VIP feel for any event. Available on the 12.5m structures, peak roofs add another dimension to our structures and really make the venue stand out. Our large 30m gable structure comes on 4m legs as standard and creates an incredibly impressive and spacious venue for any use. The Party Tent The Classic The Paramount The Curve Our small Party tents, available in gable sizes 2.5m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m and 9m come in 3m bays and offer a smaller and more intimate venue experience. For fans of the traditional, Mar-Key Group stock a huge volume of A frame structures. These are available in 10m, 12.5m, 15m, 20m or 25m gable sizes, offering great flexibility in venue configuration and size. Mar-Key Group have designed our multi-level structures to offer the most useable space on a given venue footprint. Various options are available, including recessed balconies, providing perfect settings for high end hospitality and viewing platforms. A recent addition to our product catalogue, the curved roof is truly high end, offering an incredible finish and aspect to any venue.

7 12 13 MAR-KEY DESIGN PRE-VIS Our dedicated CAD designers are on hand to bring your ideas to life. Your vision is at the heart of everything we do at Mar-Key, and our skilled CAD team will turn that vision into a reality. They ll work with you and your Project Manager to create 2D plans and 3D graphics that help you visualise your finished structure inside and out. Our high-spec drawings accurately show how your themes and ideas will look on-site, and are invaluable in helping event organisers to sell their spaces to customers. When you re happy with your design, our CAD experts produce detailed technical drawings that enable our in-house manufacturing facility and construction team to deliver your structure exactly as you d imagined it. 2D Plans are used to show sizes, general layout and specifications of structures. 9 16 17 Case study HONOURABLE ARTILLERY COMPANY Varying in internal specification slightly year on year, this large structure includes main reception / dining area with additional structures housing catering, toilet and walkway facilities which operate as an all-inclusive hospitality space for up to 800 guests. This structure set up is reviewed and developed on a year by year basis. This allows for feedback from the client and their customers to be fed to the Mar-Key project manager so that discussions can be held on how to further develop the projects and improve or vary them. Mar-Key works with Concerto Group to produce these high specification structures within budget, on time and to the highest standard. No suggestions for improvements are dismissed without thorough investigation, and the established relationship between Concerto and Mar-Key s employees assists in an open and trusted working relationship. 11 20 21 Case study AMERICA S CUP WORLD SERIES Mar-Key Group were proud to become the nominated marquee and temporary structure supplier to the prestigious Louis Vuitton America s Cup World Series Portsmouth event, and were specifically contracted by Team Origin s Organising Authority and Sportsworld. We delivered in excess of 8,000 square metres of temporary structures, ranging from public bars, private client spaces to top end water front hospitality. All areas were designed in accordance with Sportsworld s requirements and vision. The pinnacle structure on the site was placed in the prime viewing location of Southsea Castle, within the Waterfront Fan Zone area. This comprised of a 20m x 70m curved roof structure split into numerous individual chalets, with a premium 6m wide viewing deck to the ground floor, and a VIP elevated wrap around viewing deck to the first floor, specifically designed for America s Cup dignitaries and guests. These include a span across all of our product catalogue, including single and double deck structures, both laid to ground and packed up using our inhouse packing system. In addition we supply various specifications of structure from soft PVC walling to ABS solid walls and glazing, tack off linings, and high end cladding and timber work. High-end pagodas with bespoke handrails and glazed walls created a reception space which blended sympathetically with the aesthetics and design of the historic building. As well as rental structures, we make and sell structures for semi-permanent use, such as warehouses and extended-use venues. With over 40 years experience in the business, we re a trusted designer and manufacturer of temporary structures, with customers including schools, colleges, car manufacturers, engineers and retailers. We can make and sell big tent structures with span widths of 10m to 30m wide on the gable end, with profiles of 220mm/100mm. All our structures are created in our UK facility from the highest quality materials. Frame and PVC Specification Our frames are made from high-impact anodised aluminium profiles and hot-dipped corrosive resistant galvanised steel. Our high-gloss PVC is flame retardant in accordance with DIN 4B1/M2, USA NFPA 701.

18 34 35 QUALITY ASSURANCE COMMITMENT The health and safety of our staff and customers is taken seriously in everything we do. Safety and quality are of paramount importance to everyone at Mar-Key Group. We rigorously check that all personnel receive effective health and safety briefings, whether this be on site during construction, de-construction, or in the office and warehouse on a day-to-day basis. We only ever use sub-contractors from a pre-approved supplier list, so we know the Mar-Key standards of professionalism and quality are maintained at all times. We hold numerous formal quality assurance accreditations and trade organisation memberships, including: CSCS: all workers on our sites must hold the appropriate CSCS card as proof they have the required training and qualifications for the work they are doing. Made in Britain: We are proud to design and manufacture all our structures in our warehouse facilities on the South Coast of Britain. CHAS: a pre-approval scheme that demonstrates that Mar-Key Group meets required health and safety standards. ISO 14001: sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and provides assurance that environmental impact is being measured and improved. MUTA: promotes best practice in the marquee, tent and structure industry. We ensure we abide by the MUTA Code of Practice and best Practice Guide at all times. ISO 9001: a globally recognised framework for quality management principles, including: customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships. These are also known as the eight key principals of quality management.
