2 As part of the Bond 2016 Program, Samuel Clemens High School Additions and Renovations will consist of expansion of square footage and renovation of existing spaces to meet current educational/industry standards. Some main points regarding scope of work included in this project: New Event Center (connected to Beard Gym) to house new auditorium, new auxiliary gym, new choir and dance areas, new locker rooms and support spaces. New Career & Technology (CTE) Building (near Baseball Field) to house welding, woodshop, floral design, small animal, and other learning spaces, including new classrooms. The existing Auxiliary Gym will be renovated to include additional CTE classrooms and labs, including a new culinary kitchen, health occupations spaces and other learning areas. The existing auditorium will be removed and the courtyard space will be enlarged. New Front Addition (facing Elbel Rd.) which will include new classrooms and new administration and support spaces. Renovation of JROTC spaces and existing spaces. Additional renovated spaces throughout the building, such as art rooms, teacher work spaces, nurse s clinic. Additional parking space, to include new parking along Elbel and near stadium. ESTIMATED PROJECT COMPLETION SPRING 2020.

5 Career, Technology, and Engineering Building Site Work Expected Completion Feb New Career, Technology, and Engineering building has ongoing punch-list finish out and perimeter site work. Located near baseball field on what used to be old tennis courts. This building will house welding, woodshop, small animal and other Career & Technology classes

6 Classroom and Administration Addition Expected Completion August 2018 New Classroom and Administration addition. Metal stud framing, interior masonry, prep for exterior masonry, sheathing/waterproofing, roofing, ongoing MEP work. This building will be an addition to the front of the main high school front entry. This building will include nineteen instructional classrooms and support additional administration offices

8 Auxiliary Gym Addition Expected Completion August 2018 New Auxiliary Gym addition has metal stud framing, exterior sheathing, MEP work, & roofing This building will be an addition to Beard Gym and the future Event Center Gym will support as the new practice gym and seat approximately 300 people

9 Event Center Expected Completion August-November 2018 New Event Center continues with support framing/concrete columns for mezzanine slab and formwork for auditorium slab. The New Event Center area will consist of: new auditorium, new dance/cheer studio, new choir room and new locker room facilities

10 Buffalo Drive Parking Lot Expected Completion February 2018 New Buffalo Drive Paring Lot is underway with curbs in place and asphalt paving to follow New Parking Lot on the NE side of the property along Buffalo Drive will bring added parking spaces for the Clemens students

11 Greenhouse Expected Completion March 2018 New Greenhouse is underway with structural framing & MEP rough-ins. New Greenhouse is located north of the baseball field
