Sultan have four years experience in civil engineering and intelligent transport system Ahmed Abdelmonem Awaad, General Manager andpartner Ahmed is a chartered construction manager with 23 years experience in executing first-class design and construction projects including high rise residential and office buildings, mixed use developments, infrastructure projects, power stations, wind farms, large scale water and waste water treatment plants, factories (cement, nitrates, petrochemical), underground metro stations, rail, Tram, schools, storage facilities and historical structures. Recognized ability to conduct peer reviews for large and iconic projects while working with local and international Governments, third party consultants and international contractors. Strong record of accomplishment in the structural design, design review, effective inspection and licensing of major construction projects in accordance with international standards. Proven experience in managing teams of up to 50 engineers and administrators involved in multidisciplinary projects and permitting bodies.
