STIPULATIONS The undersigned agrees, if awarded the ontract, to execute and deliver to the hambers onstruction within ten (0) working days after receiving contract forms, the Subcontract Agreement and satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond (if requested) in an amount equal to 00 percent (00%) of the ontract Sum. If bonds are requested the bid value will be increased based on the bond rate indicated above. By submitting this Bid, the Bidder certifies that the Bidder: a) has available the appropriate financial, material, equipment, facility and personnel resources and expertise, or the ability to obtain the resources and expertise, necessary to meet all contractual responsibilities; b) has a satisfactory record of past performance; c) has a satisfactory record of integrity; d) is qualified legally to contract with hambers onstruction; and e) will promptly supply all necessary information in connection with any inquiry hambers onstruction, Architect, or Owner may make concerning the responsibility of the Bidder. Prior to award of a ontract, the Bidder shall submit, if requested, appropriate documentation to allow the M/G to determine whether or not the Bidder is responsible.
