5 Forming - Our gutters are roll-formed on site to precise lengths through our gutter machines housed in our mobile factory units. The process is fast, efficient and hassle-free. Our seamless aluminium gutters are guaranteed not to fade, leak or rust.

7 Coating The aluminium coating formulation has been selected to provide optimum qualities of film hardness, flexibility for forming operations, light fastness and resistance to weathering and chalking. Guarantee The company warrants for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the completion date, that the goods and services will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use. The customer is given a 15 (fifteen) year guarantee against corrosion, rusting, flaking or peeling, in respect of aluminium goods provided by the company.* Longspan Gutters is an environmentally responsible company We incorporate the use of environmentally friendly, recyclable aluminium products in the manufacture, distribution and installation of our watereffi cient rainwater products. Any waste material generated from sites which we ve worked on is carefully removed and disposed of through environmentally responsible practices. 8 Manufacturing - Our skilled team of full-time operators manufacture world-class aluminium rainwater products using state-of-the-art machinery from our factories in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.

9 Gutter Installation The installation process is undertaken by our highly skilled workforce. All of Longspan Gutters personnel are employed by the company and as a result no work is undertaken by outside contractors. This makes for speedy, efficient and stressfree installations for our customers peace-of-mind. The lightweight gutter can be fixed to anything - fascia boards, rafter ends, walls or hung from the roof itself. All gutter brackets are made from tempered aluminium. The brackets are a concealed fix system, thus enhancing the overall aesthetic of the pleasing gutter profile. The gutter is seamless - no joins, no leaks, no rust, no unsightly external brackets and is maintenance-free. Our staff continue to strive for excellence in the workplace by attending formal learnership workshops and receive on-going training and support from our dedicated management team. On-site safety for our staff is of paramount importance to us. They re fully trained and regularly updated on quality and safety management. This ensures complete customer peace-of-mind.
