3 Since 1978, Anticorrosion Protective Systems, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates has provided engineering, application and installation of specialized protective systems to the oil, gas, power and utility sectors throughout the Middle-East and Asia through our coatings & linings and pipeline rehabilitation service offerings. As coatings and linings specialized services provider, APS has grown to become the absolute market leader in the Middle East when it comes to quality, reliability and longevity for process vessel linings, pipe linings and coatings and the surface protection of equipment and components against arduous service conditions such as high temperature, high abrasion or high acid environments. Through our pipeline rehabilitation offering we have developed an unparalleled portfolio of systems with applications for the municipal, oil, gas and power sectors, for the repair, rehabilitation or replacement of existing aging and defective pipelines. 4 Operational Excellence APS currently executes projects in over 20 countries, covering the Middle East and Africa from our offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and our operations in South East Asia from our offices in Malaysia, Thailand and Brunei. The principal manufacturing facilities for the provision of our coatings & linings services is located in Dubai, conveniently located near to the Abu Dhabi border, wherein we have a wide variety of modern, state of the art automatic and manual equipment for the surface preparation and application of specialist coatings and linings to pipelines and vessels. A significant section of these facilities is constantly climate controlled and can be used year round for the mixing and application of heat sensitive resins, but equally as important, caters for the general well - being of technical staff during the hot summer months. In the nearby industrial parks in Dubai we have centralized our rubber lining and neoprene cladding facilities, which also include the two largest steam pressure autoclaves available within the Middle East region, together with high temperature dry ovens for the curing of phenolic and other heat-cure lining systems. APS is at the forefront of innovative corrosion engineering & contracting creating enhanced efficiencies in all operational areas

5 Additional automatic shot blasting machinery and vacuum recovery systems are also located in the rubber lining facility to enable the environmentally friendly pre-treatment and surface preparation of risers and pipe joints prior to surface treatment. APS main pipeline rehabilitation manufacturing facility is also conveniently located in Dubai and incorporates the manufacturing plant for Channeline Structural GRP Liner Sections. The yard is also our home-base for numerous of the state-of-the art equipment and machinery that is required for the in-field installation of a vast range of pipeline rehabilitation technologies. The HSE Policy is implemented using APS s HSE Management System, the elements of which form the cornerstone for our regional operations of all the company s facilities. 10 coatings & linings technology range Solvent Free Epoxy and Polyurethane Systems Plural component hot applied coating is the modern, fast, efficient and reliable method for the factory application of high performance materials to critical pipelines. Also favored as a field rehabilitation and field joint coating system, because of its tough, abrasion resistant capabilities, pipe can be bedded and backfilled almost immediately after completion which is of vital importance to the timely completion of fabrication and rehabilitation projects. APS offers a complete factory and field service for both new and existing pipelines. Typical Applications: External Buried Pipelines External Buried Pipeline Field Joints External Pipe Bends/Fitting/Vales Glassflake Reinforced Polyester / Vinyl Ester / Pure Epoxy Systems Glass flake coatings and linings are widely used in situations of extreme chemical and abrasion environments. Based on polyester, vinyl-ester or bisphenol or epoxy resins, heavily loaded with mica chip, they provide a tough and extremely durable barrier to even the most arduous of service conditions. These linings can be both factory and field applied by APS qualified installers. Typical Applications: Internal Pipe Spools/Bends/Fittings/Valves Internal Separator Vessels Internal Seawater Intake Lines/Absorbers/Scrubbers Epoxy/Derakane Laminate Systems Pure epoxy resin and Derakane laminate systems are the most successful way of protecting a substrate from an acidic environment, such as encountered in land and sea-borne hydrochloric acid storage and transportation tanks, crude oil storage tanks and chemical process and mixing equipment. These linings can be both factory and field applied by APS qualified installers. Typical Applications: Internal Hydrochloric Acid Tanks Internal Frac Tanks Internal Deaerators Rubber Lining Systems APS installs an extensive range of hard and soft, pressure and atmospheric cured sheet elastomeric compounds, including: natural rubber, ebonite, chlorobutyl, polychloroprene and PVDF. Rubber Lining Systems have a wide application usage in the water production, chemical production, storage and transportation industries and can be installed either at site or in our factory facility. 11 Neoprene Cladding Systems The highly vulnerable splash zone area with its continuous exposure to oxygenated seawater and wave action can easily strip conventional coatings from the surface of the steel, allowing high levels of corrosion to occur. Neoprene cladding system is a tough elastomeric coating designed to withstand the adverse environmental conditions affecting structural splash zones and marine risers. APS offers a complete factory installation service employing the most modern steam autoclaves required for vulcanization. APS is proud of its extensive track record of protecting several thousand risers in all parts of the world so far. Typical Applications: Splash Zone Area Riser Pipes Splash Zone Area Jacket Legs Splash Zone Area Riser Clamps Thermal Metal Spray - Zinc/Monel/Aluminum/Stainless Steel The electric arc and flame spray application of exotic metal coatings is rapidly becoming more and more popular world-wide for the long term protection of steel surfaces against extreme marine, high temperature and corrosive chemical environments, especially for areas where extended life to first maintenance is essential. APS offers a complete factory and field installation service employing the most modern of techniques and equipment enabling rapid and economical production. Flame sprayed deposition represents one of the highest integrity coating systems available on the market today. Typical Applications: Splash zone Area of Riser Pipes/Jacket Legs/Conductors External Pipe Spools/Valves/Fittings/Bends External Flare Booms Epoxy Intumescent Fireproofing Systems Intumescent fire protection solutions prevent steel structures from heating up rapidly in a fire and thereby delay the loss of load bearing capacity and integrity. In marine and industrial environments, where hydrocarbon pool and jet fires are a risk, epoxy intumescent fire proofing buys time to enable personnel to evacuate the area. In these cases high quality installation and the right choice of fire protection material are critical. APS has an unrivalled history in terms of the installation of epoxy intumescent fireproofing systems in all environmental application conditions. 12 pipeline rehabilitation PIPELINE REHABILITATION With our Pipeline Rehabilitation Technologies, APS is able to provide turnkey service to our customers in the pipeline industry. This is achieved by providing the most comprehensive range of pipeline investigation, repair and rehabilitation technology services that can be found throughout the Middle East and Asian markets. 14 PIPELINE REHABILITATION TECHNOLOGY RANGE Pipeline cleaning / CCTV surveys / patch repair systems Cleaning of pipelines as pre-cursor to inspection, as preparation for relining or simply to improve flow by removing slit build up or obstructions, APS can assess and select the right cleaning device for the job followed by the actual cleaning of drain and sewer pipes, using high capacity combination jetting/vacuum units, drag scraping, rack feed boring and other tools. APS uses computerized condition assessment techniques using explosion proof remotely operated camera equipment and is capable of reaching up to 350 meters for the CCTV inspection of pipe work in the 50 to 1200 mm range. APS installs the full range of internal repairs for leaking joints and cracks, using inflatable packers in small diameter pipes, ranging from 150 to 500 mm diameter and using resin impregnated sealing sleeves for man entry pipes from 500 mm up to 4000 mm diameter with pressure range of up to 20 bar. HDPE Close Fit Lining: Compression Fit Liner CFL Under the technology type Compression Fit Liner, APS provides engineering and installation of tight fit HDPE structural and thin walled liners by die reduction, for the ultimate protection against internal pipeline corrosion and for rapid and effective rehabilitation of corroded and leaking pipelines. Typical Applications Pipeline Type Normal Size (in mm) Water Injection Gas Distribution Oil Flow Lines Based on decades old, proven lining methods coupled with the most modern plastic materials, many sizes and service conditions can be catered for. HDPE Close-Fit Lining: Compact Pipe Compact pipe is an in-factory folded HDPE lining system from Wavin, which offers a structurally independent pipe with the quality and durability of a newly installed pipe. This trenchless technology has proven to be the best option in times of increasing costs of replacing pipelines and growing traffic intensity. Typical Applications Pipeline Type Normal Size (in mm) Gas Distribution Sewer/Industrial Drinking Water Installation of Compact Pipe leads to minimal disruption of traffic, people and the environment as the construction site is restricted to start and end pits. PVDF Reinforced Close-Fit lining; Infield Liner IFL This revolutionary technology is developed to renovate existing subsea pipelines. The core of the liner is reinforced with Kevlar, which enables the renovation of an existing pipeline over very long distances in one single pull. This flexible liner is ideal for installation into existing pipelines subject to extremely corrosive environments; hot sour crude oil with a temperature resistance of up to C and operating at high pressure ratings. 15 Cured In Place Lining The installation of cured in place pipe linings (CIPP),whereby a resin impregnated felt is introduced into an existing pipeline and thermally cured, is mainly used for smaller diameter sewer, water and drainage pipelines. The combination of short installation times and minimal effect on the environment and infrastructure, offers a perfect and cost-effective to conventional pipeline construction. Typical Applications Pipeline Type Normal Size (in mm) Storm Water Sewerage Industrial Sewerage HDPE Loose- Fit Lining Loose-fit lining or slip-lining in one of the oldest methods for trenchless rehabilitation of existing pipelines. Slip-lining is used to repair leaks or restore structural Typical Applications stability to an existing pipeline. Slip-lining is completed by installing a smaller carrier pipe into a large host pipe. Pipeline Type Normal Size (in mm) Storm Water The Installation of HDPE structural loose fit liners is a Sewerage method whereby reduction in flow capacity is permitted and is regarded as a simple and cost-effective way to Drinking Water renovate an existing pipeline. GRP Structural Lining System: Channeline APS is manufacturing GRP Structural Lining Systems for renovation of large diameter man entry pipelines, Typical Applications under the brand name Channeline. Channeline Industrial Sewerage 500 No Limit can be produced in any size and shape, and specializes in egg, box and ovoid shapes, maximizing the rehabilitated cross-sectional area, thereby optimizing the flow capacity. Recently a slip-lining version of Channeline is added to the technology range, allowing for non-man-entry and live flow installation, reducing installation costs both in time and elimination of over-pumping. APS uses a network of Channeline licensees for distribution of our product throughout the world. UPVC Spiral Wound Lining: Danby Panel Lok APS is the licensed manufacturer of UPVC spiral wound liners for renovation of large diameter man Typical Applications entry pipelines, under the brand name Pipeline Type Normal Size (in mm) Danby Panel Lok. Storm Water 750 No Limit Danby enhances the pipes structural strength and Sewerage 750 No Limit restores hydraulic capacity and is easy to install through existing access chamber or manholes.
