Our long standing family tradition and expertise in the UK construction industry has ensured a quality service to all our customers. The success of the company is attributed to good management which provides a fine balance between office administration and supervision on site. In General Contracting the company has carried out several Contracts in the Public & Private Sectors. Kelly Contractors has an excellent understanding of the business of construction and this is proven in what projects we have delivered to date. 3 Key Staff Hugh Kelly B.Eng in Civil Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting Director Hugh is Director of the company with over 15 years of Business, Building and Technical experience in both Public and Private sector Construction Projects. Hugh has occupied senior operational roles, gaining considerable experience in managing projects in the refurbishment, conservation, residential and healthcare sectors. He sets the highest standards for his project teams and, through regular visits and reporting, ensures that these standards are achieved. Hugh promotes a collaborative approach to projects, acknowledging that each member has an important duty to perform. He adopts a pragmatic, can do attitude, which ensures the success of the project and the overall satisfaction of both the client and the design team. Pat Kelly Commercial Manager With over 45 years of business experience in the Construction Industry in Ireland and the UK, Patrick who comes from a Joiner Trade background has worked on numerous Heritage / Restoration, Refurbishment and Fit Out projects over the Years. With both General Contracting and a High End Fit Out background including Fire Door Manufacturing and Bespoke Joinery. He has completed works successfully on Public Buildings, National Monuments, Schools, Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities, Retail & Warehousing Units, Banking Institutions, Research Laboratories, Hotels & Leisure Facilities, Church & Community Buildings and various Listed / Protected Buildings. Patrick has a wealth of business and technical experience and a proven industry track record. Selma Karlsdottir B. Commercial & Domestic Interior Design, Diploma in Business Management Interior Designer / Administrator Trained with a CUM LAUDE diploma at Istituto Marangoni in Milan and London, Selma is an Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience within the creative industry and 5 years of designing residential, retail, office and public environments with projects in China, Russia and Europe. She has extensive technical and visualisation skills, and an excellent understanding for the needs and requirements of each project. She understands that the implementation and quality of finish are vital to any scheme and is passionate about exceeding the clients expectations. Selma possesses a creative eye that cannot always be learnt and strives to breathe life into even the most ambitious of ideas. Her style is contemporary and sophisticated. Sean Kelly BSc Construction Management Contracts Manager Sean is a Construction Manager with over 18 years of Business, Building and Technical experience in both Public and Private sector Construction projects, including New build, Refurbishment, Fit Out, Restoration / Heritage & Civil Engineering projects. He has managed and completed projects in the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Civil Engineering Sectors acting as Foreman, Site Manager and Contracts Manager through his experience to date. Sean has demonstrated an excellent ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, safely and to client requirements whilst working as a part of a multidisciplinary team. Kieran Flaherty BSc Construction Management Contracts Manager Kieran is a Construction Manager with over 19 years of Building and Technical experience with a trade and professional background in both Public and Private sector construction projects, including New Build, Refurbishment & Civil Engineering projects. One of Kieran s strengths is that he takes a hands on approach on all contracts that he is involved in. He has got extensive knowledge in heavy groundworks including basement construction and demolition. He has managed and completed projects in the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Civil Engineering Sectors acting as Site Manager. Kieran has demonstrated an excellent ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, safely and to client requirements.

4 Latest Completed Works Dulwich Terrace of Three Houses This project involved the demolition of an existing residential building and the construction of a terrace of three houses. This was an NHBC registered project.

5 Hackney Terrace Of 3 Houses Over Basement This project involved the demolition of an existing industrial building and the construction of a terrace of three houses over basement.

6 Omega Works, E3 Apartment Fit-Out Complete Description This contract involved the internal fit out of 8 apartments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of an existing building including external works to windows and balconies.

7 Concept Design Projects Louis Vuitton HQ London Working with AMPM Design we were invited to work on the design of Louis Vuitton London Commercial HQ. The result was an impressive pitch document containing concept designs including plan drawings, 2d & 3d visuals.

8 Dongtai Shopping Mall China Works were on the atrium and entertainment floor of a large high end shopping mall with an existing SPAR Hypermarket. The design included the concept design, planning and visualising of 2 floors including seating, concessions and a cinema complex.

9 Paul Smith Store Cologne We were invited to work on the design of a new Paul Smith retail concept. The result was an impressive pitch document containing concept designs including plan drawings, 2d & 3d visuals.
