2 Acoustic for sound absorption qualities ALYOS Acoustic product is perfect for the acoustic correction of sound within a space by correcting the propagation of sound energy within a room. Alyos ceiling is a dynamic ceiling system consisting of a covering in very wide polyester mesh fabric (over 5m), coated with polyurethane. It can be fitted at room temperature and the room does not need to be heated. The covering fabric slots into a stretching system consisting of sections fitted around the sides of the room. The type of materials and the quality of the coating allow optimal tension to be achieved, without joints, seams or suspension. It is easy to fit rooms even if they measure more than 5m. 4 Installation Principle Ceiling lining fitted at room temperature Installing and tensioning of the Alyos ceiling linings is performed thanks to the Alyos profile installed on the periphery of the ceiling. The 10mm high Alyos profile, made of two PVC materials, enables a perfect fit on any architectural shape. The ceiling lining is fitted into the profile using a curved spatula. Its ribbed lip system prevents the lining from slackening. The lining is installed at room temperature. A precision knife is used for the finishing touches. Only a 5 mm finish strip remains visible.
