(Note : Cement content considered in this item 390 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). Due to space constraint for movement, mini mobile concrete mix batching plant can be considered. All works above plinth level upto floor V level Cum Rs.

7 14 Providing and fixing polystyrene backer rod in the expansion joint leaving required depth from the top to fill the sealant. The backer rod shall be installed in such a way that, the depth shall be equal to the width, if the width of the joint is lesser equal to 10mm, and for width of the joint above 10mm, depth shall be maintained half of its width.apply a coat of epoxy as a moisture barrier and install polysulfied sealant in the expansion joints.allow it to dry it completely.apply a belting of FASCRSEAL(Make Panache Greentech) immediately after diluted version of Hi seal slurry(make Panache Green) primer coat.apply the first coat over the primed surface. Install the sealing tape on wet surface of Water guard ensuring the sealing tape is completely embedded in the coat of water guard and allowed to dry (4 hours), apply the second coat of Water guard in opposite direction to the first coat and allow it to dry completely.protection plaster is recommended at additional cost RMT Rs. 15 Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screws as per design.
