Rehabilitations include modifications/improvements to the heating, electrical, plumbing, IT, and fire alarm systems. Renovations will also include updating the bathrooms and shower areas, architectural finishes and features, improving ADA access to the main floor, improving military and private vehicle parking areas, and improvements of two unheated storage buildings.
