All senior management and site foremen hold the CITB 5 day SMSTS qualification as standard. Site foremen also hold fire warden, 3 day first aid along with UKATA approved asbestos awareness certificates. In addition each Operative receives training in emergency arrangements such as fire and first aid to minimise the affect of any incident that may arise on site. All Operatives also receive product specific training delivered directly by the manufacturer, thus minimising any potential risks during installation no matter how complex job.
