1 R/V L ATALANTE H FLOOR AND WALL COVERINGS - SADDLERY SHIP REPAIRS GALLEY The work consist to redo the whole floor of the galley by including a draining system. - Removal all equipments in the galley (store in the cafeteria), - Removal all the tile and the scratch coat, - Careful cleaning of the deck metal sheet, - After checking of thickness of floor plate, applying of a primary paint coat, - Supply and fit a draining system: - The draining system is represented by the blue line on the scheme below, - To facilitate the flow, the shipyard respect the slope of one cm per meter - The draining system will be equivalent to the system shown in the picture below Nota : if a part of floor plate must be replaced, this work will be quoted after check. 2 - Applying a scratch coat to apply new tiles, - Supply and applying new non skid tiles: - Tile size will be of 150 x 150 max, - The tile will be light color (to define the beginning of repairs) - Supply and applying stainless steel skirtings - Refit of equipments stored in the cafeteria excepted following equipment (supplied by owner): - The refrigerated cabinet marked 50, - The oven marked 4, - The bain marie cabinet marked 12, - The grill marked 5 Chapter H H - 2

3 Misc. works: - Bain marie cabinet (marked 12) and new cabinet The new bain marie cabinet will be change of place, and a new cabinet will be manufactured as follow: - The new cabinet will be in three parts, the part n 2 will be removable and hinged on the part 3. - Dimensions: - Height: 900 mm - Length of part 2: 800 mm - Length of part 3: 800 mm - Length of part 1: to adapt depending of size bain marie cabinet - The part 1 include two drawers, and a half shelf - The part n 3 will be totally closed with three she lfs inside. 5 - Cabinet maker 43 A new cabinet will be fabricate and fit at the same place: - The bottom will funnel to facilitate drainage. - A planar grid covers all to drag baskets Chapter H H - 5

COMMON TOILET DECK E Location: bottom of the stairs to access at the bridge - Removal tiles, skirts and scratch coat, - Removal of the sink pipe, - Refection of the deck passageway - Fit a new pipe, - Careful cleaning of the deck metal sheet, - After checking of thickness of floor plate, applying of a primary paint coat, - Applying an undercoat of resin TEFROTEX 60 (or equivalent): 30 mm - Applying a top coat of TEFROKA PU-1-L (or equivalent): 4 mm - Set new skirts. LAUNDRY ROOM - Removal washing machines and the sink in the corridor (this requires to remove the door and the frame of the door), - Put the drying machine on the aft part of this room, - Removal the ceiling in the store room deck B (store room below the laundry room), - Removal tiles and skirting boards, - Removal the scratch coat, - Grinding the bottom of bulkhead, - Removal all the frames of machines, - Careful cleaning the floor plate and bottom of bulkhead, - Confection of new frames for machines as shown below (be careful, distances appear in cm) - Applying a scratch coat to apply new tiles, - Supply and applying new non skid tiles: - Tile size will be of 150 x 150 max, - The tile will be light color (to define the beginning of repairs) - Supply and applying stainless steel skirtings - Length: mm - Height: 100 mm Note: the tile part, where are stored drying machines during work, will do after replace drying machines Chapter H H - 8

10 - Replace drying machines, - Refection of the aft part floor as described before, - Replace wahing machines and the sink, - Rection of the frame door, - Replace the door, - Refit the ceiling of the store room deck B. NEW ARRANGEMENT OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM Chapter H H - 10

CARPET Concern following rooms: - Officer area Surface area: 28 m² - Cabin E1 Surface area: 3 m² - Cabin E2 Surface area: 3 m² - Cabin E4 Surface area: 3 m² Removal of the carpet, Refection of scratch coat if necessary, Supply and fit a laminated flooring (same type in the corridor) 5. BENCHES Concern cabins E1 and E4 (same dimension) - Replacement of the foam and the textile (color to be defined) Chapter H H - 11

ROLLER BLIND Number: 3 Supply and fit a roller blind for following rooms: - Cabin B8, size: 840 x Cabin B12, size: 820 x Deck E on starboard side before entry of scientist control room, size: 750 x 620 Chapter H H - 12

CLEANING OF SHIP 7.1 Officer area - Wash cushions for benches. - Seated: sizes L: 700 x l: 650 x h: 160 Nbr.: 13 - Backboards: sizes L: 700 x l: 400 x h: 120 Nbr.: 16 - Stools: sizes L: 680 x l: 680 x h: 160 Nbr.: Crew area - Wash carpet - Wash cushions for benches. 7.3 Accommodation (To be carried out on completion of technical works). - Overall wash of accommodation of decks B, C, D and E - For each of these decks, this includes: - gangways: floors and partitions - shared toilets on each deck - stairways between decks - all doors - common rooms: - kitchen - cafeteria - Full wash of following rooms located on deck A: - Store room - Sports room - Stairways and down partitions of deck B to deck A, from cafeteria Chapter H H - 13

A statement of work, clearance, wear, replacement parts will be returned at board at the end of the technical stop: - 3 copies «paper», - 1 copy in digital format Are included in the visited items: cleaning units recovered, and removal of foreign matters in the bilge after works.
