3 What is Innova? The Innova doorset is part of EZY-Jamb concealed frame doorset range which provides the flush finish solutions for corridors and other applications where an inward opening doorset is required. EZY-Jamb Innova EZY-JAMB INNOVA Using the EZY-Jamb Arriva system and traditional doorsets, the door leaf opens outward or towards you when looking at the flush face. Using the EZY-Jamb Innova system, it is the opposite! Viewed from the flush face, the door opens inwards or away from you. This complements the other EZY-Jamb systems Arriva and Enigma to provide you with a range to fulfil your design criteria and aspirations whatever your situation or door configuration. STUD PLASTERBOARD PIVOT DOOR JOINTING COMPOUND / SKIM HOW IT WORKS The EZY-Jamb Innova doorset comprises a single steal profile that closes off the end of your wall. The reinforced, rolled edge side flanges are perforated for easy fixing. The wall and jamb are then plastered or jointed over to give a continuous surface right up to the door. PAINTED WALL 04

4 EZY-Jamb doorsets The EZY-Jamb system is provided as a complete doorset with the hinges fitted allowing a simple and swift installation. EZY-Jamb Innova specifications DOORS PRODUCT NAME EZY-Jamb Innova EZY-Jamb doorsets are made to suit every individual order, taking into account size, quantity and finish. Doors are cut to size and calibrated, ensuring the finished surface is ready for the next stage preparation. They are lipped with hardwood and veneered with either an opaque kraft-paper and primer coating ready for site painting, or a timber veneer. Both types of veneer conceal the lippings providing a completely smooth finish. DOOR SIZE FRAME MATERIAL DOOR MATERIAL Custom. All Innova doorsets are made to order Folded mild steel 54mm timber. solid core FINISHES Frame: Unfinished for site painting Powdercoated to a standard RAL colour Using our technologically advanced CNC machinery, the doors are then machined for hinges, seals and other relevant ironmongery where appropriate before being pelletised and sent to site in their ready-to-fit form. Door: Primed for site painting Pre-finished to standard colour Timber veneered and pre-finished in clear lacquer The Innova frame is made from sheet that is manufactured with our state-of the art CNC processes to suit the door size, wall thickness and specification. The pivot hinge has been specially designed for the Innova system and is manufactured using high grade satin stainless steel. The sockets fitted to the top and bottom of the door utilise a phosphor bronze insert that are self lubricating. HANDING A. Primed B. Pre-finished to colour (specify colour) C. Timber veneer and pre-finished in clear lacquer (specify veneer species) EZY-Jamb Innova comes with the following specifications > Door leafs - Single only > Hinges - Pivot > Intumescent seals - Fitted to the door leaf - Tested with Lorient Polyproduct Seals The pivot top centre is provided pre-fitted to the frame head and the door leaf sockets are machined to fit into the door leaf. The lower pivot assembly is either surface mounted onto or recessed into the finished floor surface. Once the doorset is installed the hinge is entirely invisible. LATCH / LOCK TYPE A.
