The following classifications will be paid at the amount above Journeyman Rate: Certified Welder $1.00 Lay Out Man on Monorail $1.25 The term Millwright and Machine Erectors jurisdiction shall mean the unloading, hoisting, rigging, skidding, moving, dismantling, aligning, erecting, assembling, repairing, maintenance and adjusting of all structures, processing areas either under cover, under ground or elsewhere, required to process material, handle, manufacture or service, be it powered or receiving power manually, by steam, gas, electricity, gasoline, diesel, nuclear, solar, water, air or chemically, and in industries such as and including, which are identified for the purpose of description, but not limited to, the following: woodworking plants; canning industries; steel mills; coffee roasting plants; paper and pulp; cellophane; stone crushing; gravel and sand washing and handling; refineries; grain storage and handling; asphalt plants; sewage disposal; water plants; laundries; bakeries; mixing plants; can, bottle and bag packing plants; textile mills; paint mills; breweries; milk processing plants; power plants; aluminum processing or manufacturing plants; and amusement and entertainment fields. The installation of mechanical equipment in atomic energy plants; installation of reactors in power plants; installation of control rods and equipment in reactors; and installation of mechanical equipment in rocket missile bases, launchers, launching gantry, floating bases, hydraulic escape doors and any and all component parts thereto, either assembled, semi-assembled or disassembled.
