Please notify the appropriate subcontractors and/or suppliers of this Addendum and acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the Bidder s Proposal. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum may subject Bidder to disqualification. This Addendum supersedes all conflicting portions of the drawings and specifications. Contractors shall include all omissions, additions and adjustments of all trades as may be necessary because of each change, substitution or omission. Such omission, addition or adjustment shall conform to recognized and accepted architecture and engineering practice. Clarifications:. Question: On S.0 and S., no TOF elevation is provided for the retaining wall in detail 2 on Sheet.. Answer: The bottom of the footing should be the minimum 2.5 below grade for frost depth. Therefore, for wall elevation 2 on Sheet S., the top of footing elevation is 58.5 based on the low side of wall being at Question: Could not find a detail for Type A3 Expansion Joints? 2 4. Question: Will electronic/cad files be provided to the survey company for horizontal layout? Answer: Yes, to aid with layout, AutoCAD 205 files will be provided to the contractor upon receipt of an indemnity waiver. 5. Question: For an electrical contractor, it may be difficult to do the 30% workforce with in their contract with all the excavation/backfill required. Could this be eliminated for this project? Answer: No 6. Question: Will the electrical contractor be required to haul off their spoils or leave on site? Answer: The electrical contractor shall haul off their spoils as required. 7. Question: Drawing DE.0 Note 4. Is it possible to get contact of the contractor who installed the roof on these (2) buildings? Answer: Yes this can be provided. 8. Question: Drawing DE3.0 Note, What is the depth of removal for the light fixture base? Answer: The pole base shall be removed to a minimum of 5 below final parking lot grade. 9. Question: Is Saturday considered Premium time? Answer: Premium time is in accordance with union contracts. 0. Question: Are there hours Monday thru Friday considered premium time? Answer: Premium time is in accordance with union contracts.. Question: Drawing E.0 keyed note 6, Please provide the Ameren service voltage and if it is single phase or three phase. And verify a separate grounding conductor is not required to the Ameren meter. Answer: Service voltage is 240V Single phase. A separate grounding conductor and ground rod is required at the Ameren meter. Further instruction will be given in the plans section of this addendum. 2. Question: Is boring for some of the underground electrical conduit acceptable? Answer: Yes given it is coordinated with existing underground utilities. Page 2 of 4

Please verify Ameren will install the pad and pad mounted switch complete and the EC only installs one empty conduit to the pad location, and verify Ameren will rework the existing underground that is on the wood pole without any EC involvement. Answer: This is correct. Ameren will install the pad and pad mounted switch complete, and also rework the existing underground. The contractor shall locate the end of the conduit they are responsible for as close to the existing wooden pole as possible. Specifications: Plans:. Replace Sheet C4.7 with the attached.
