2 Strobl Pumpen is your partner in transporting any liquid from one place to another. We offer a wide range of pumps for different applications and also complete systems, optimized to your needs. With this strategy we are able to deliver pumps, valves and every other needed part to our customers. This strategy also helps our customers to realize their projects in an inexpensive way and handling conservative with resources. If we can find any potential for optimizing your systems we help developing a specialized product fitting your needs. Since our founding in 2006 we have extented and optimized permanently our production program and can therefore offer to our partners the possibilities to achieve their needs. Despite our short history, we are able to profit from more than 50 years of experience in building pumps and systems. This is possible through our experienced personnel, which takes the main part in our philosophy. Only with our motivated personnel we are able to take care of new developments and help our customers realizing their projects. The use of modern technologies for impeller design calculations and flow simulations allows us to optimize our new designed pumps before the production of the first samples. That reduces the lead time for new designs. To meet our own and the quality requirements of our customers, we have implemented documentation standards for all production and development steps at a very early stage. This culminated in the fact that we have been certified since 2012 according to ISO 9001:2008 and as from 2015 to ISO 9001:2015 and our customers can rely on such a consistent quality.

3 Our pumps are manufactured exclusively at our headquarter in Hilpoltstein. Hilpoltstein is located about 35 km south of Nuremberg. Our high speed of developing our product series led to a higher demand for production capacity. We have therefore moved into our new building in 2010, which has been exteded by a new hall in This offers us now the opportunity to test all pumps on a modern test bed and to carry out witnessed tests with the customers. 1

5 Sewage water and drainage Our pumps for the field of waste/sewage water handling are usable in various fields of application. These range varys from emptying of tanks (stationary, mobile or on ships) with sewage or waste water through recycling in process field to the simple pumping out of pits and sumps. All of our waste water and drainage pumps are adapted depending on the series to the specific needs from mild to highly polluted liquids up to sewage water. 6 Sewage water pumps - AWP Classic sewage pumps are known for a wide free pass. Our Series AWP is optimized to have a free passage in size of the pressure flange. For the fact of this, blockage is nearly impossible. We offer our sewage pumps in different versions with free passages from 25mm to 150mm. We offer all pumps with different impeller types like 2 or 3 blade channel type or vortex impellers. Some of our sewage pumps can be equipped with a macerator in front or a integrated fiber cutting device. All our pumps could be delivered in different material executions matching the medium and environmental issues. All versions could be delivered in a submersible or a dry mounting execution. Our customers can choose from different kinds of pumps with motors for dry set up or submersible motor. Many of our types are available as version for the process industry. These types have casings with feet and a rigid bearing system. The casing design pressure of 25, 40 bar resp. allow the use in cemical or refinary applications. 7 Drainage pumps - KEP These drainage pumps are also known as vertical set up submerged pumps. You can use this pumps in small pits and sumps to drainage them. The advantages are the dry mounted motor, the non-sensitivity of the pump for sand and small stones and the ability to use this pump with high temperature mediums. We deliver different performances, which have a flange between 1 1/2 und 2 1/2. Belonging on the customer s preference we can vary the mounting length between 0,65m and 2,65m, longer mounting lengths are available for some types on request. Additionally we offer float switches to realize automated start and stop functions. All our pumps could be delivered in different material executions matching the medium. 8 Our waste/sewage water pumps can be delivered in various special executions. Following some examples: - Pump with quick coupling system for wet pit installation - Pump mounted into a plastic chamber - Pump with special seal for use in systems with high vacuum - Pump in special material 6MO for use in warm sea water Our drainage pumps can be equipped with different versions of sole plates, discharge pipes and various kinds of level control. 9 Industry, process, offshore und petrochemical plants Through a steady development in recent years, we can offer an interesting portfolio for pumps for industrial applications. Our product range varys from standard chemical pumps via process, inline and submersible pumps to multistage centrifugal pumps. It is known that various projects have widely differing requirements for the pumps. Based on this point we offer our pumps in almost all possible variation and executions types. The deliverable material and seal variations, you can find in the series information brochures and on the corresponding sub pages. Our own construction department enables us to make any modifications to existing pumps. We have used the last years to enlarge and adapt these series. Many versions are in accordance to API 610 and/or are available to customer specifications. In cases where none of our own pumps will meet your requirements fully, we also have the options to implement suitable alternatives from other companies into your packages. The pumps series INP, CNP, CPP, ETP and SKP are used in the named rages and described more detailed on the following pages. 10 Inline pumps - INP The inline centrifugal pumps are a core area in our manufacturing program. The inline design generates a number of advantages when it is used in larger systems, since the pumps require little floor space due to the vertical design. Therefore the plants can be constructed very compact. The pumps can be optimized for each application, under certain circumstances, by using a newly calculated hydraulic in the impeller. The casing design pressure of 40 bar allows the use in very high-quality petrochemical plants and offshore engineering. The use of simple cast iron up to high corrosion resistant special materials allows a wide range of applications for the pumps. Another focus of this series are versions that match the current API 610-OH3, OH4 or OH5. Due to the modular casing design, it is possible to vary the connections of the pump. The elevation will then not be equal anymore. Even the arrangement of the suction and discharge connection on the same side is possible. 11 Chemical standard pumps - CNP The chemical standard pump series CNP is currently under construction and the newest addition to our program for the industrial applications. The pumps comply with the main dimensions and nominal perfomance data to EN The pumps can be optimized for each application, under certain circumstances, by using a newly calculated hydraulic in the impeller. The casing design pressure of 16 bar allows use in many areas of industry and petrochemical industries, as well as in general industry. The use of simple cast iron up to high corrosion resistant special materials allows a wide range of applications for the pumps. Another focus of this series are versions that match the current API 610-OH1. 12 Process pumps - CPP The process pumps series CPP with centerline feet is completing the program of horizontal single stage pumps for industrial applications. The foot arrangement allows higher nozzle loads and can accept thermal stresses. The pump can be optimized for each application, under certain circumstances, by using a newly calculated hydraulic in the impeller. The casing design pressure of 40 bar allows the use in very high-quality petrochemical plants and offshore engineering. The use of simple cast iron up to high corrosion resistant special materials allows a wide range of applications for the pumps. Another focus of this series are versions that match the current API 610-OH2. 13 Sump pumps - ETP Vertical sump pumps series ETP are single or multistage, centrifugal pumps for vertical tank installation. The guide bearings in the column pipe are generally made of silicon carbide, so that a good alignment of the shaft is achieved. This reduces vibration and leads to an increased service times. The silicon carbide bushings are mounted elastically so that heating up will not cause high forces and cracking of the ceramic. The lubrication of the sliding bearing is usually done by the medium. There are versions available with integrated and separate discharge pipe. The sole plates as well as the installation length can be adapted to customer requirements. Main application of the sump pumps is the conveying of clean liquids from vessels and tanks. The shaft area at the sole plate can be equipped with a wide variety of seal options, so that the pumps can be mounted in pressurized tanks. The pumps are also available as a double casing versions VS6 and can thus be used for systems with low NPSH values. Based on the available material variants the conveying of various aggressive liquids in the chemical industry and petrochemical sector is possible. 14 Multi stage pumps - SKP The multi stage pumps series SKP has been developed further. In the meantime there are four basic sizes with different impeller versions available. Other sizes are in preparation. The pumps are depending on execution, available for different pressure ranges. For versions with double-sided ball bearing and 2 high pressure mechnaical seals system pressures up to 100 bar are possible. This enables the use in special osmosis plants or the petrochemical and offshore engineering. The pump can be optimized for each application, often by using different types of impellers in order to achieve a given characteristic requirements. The use of simple cast iron up to high corrosion resistant special materials allows a wide range of applications for the pumps. Another focus of this series are versions that match the current API 610-BB4. As a special feature we offer the BB4 version also in a vertical version. 15 Compact and self priming pumps Pumps of these series are used in small systems and in the ship building industrie. We have small base series, which are extended with a number of special types according to system requirements. The pumps are as compact as possible and can therefore also be integrated into very small units. 16 Compact pumps - EBP The built-in pumps series EBP are extremely compact, small centrifugal pumps in different designs. The standard version has a housing with integrated wear plate and a semi-open impeller. Due to this design impellers with very narrow channels for small flows can be realized. Optional a special multistage version with closed impellers are available. 17 Compact pumps - EBPI The built-in pumps series EBPI are compact inline pumps with standard motors. This pump is used in devices in which due to vibration or media temperatures canned motor pumps cannot be used. 18 Compact pumps - LD/S and ME The built-in pumps series LD/S and ME are extremely compact, small centrifugal pumps in different designs. The pumps are equipped with an semi-open impeller which work against the casing surface with a small distance. With that we get an open geometry which is suitable for handling of dirty and fibrous material containing liquids. The pumps are generally produced from stainless steel and can therefore be used for various applications. 19 Self priming pumps - SAP The self priming pumps series SAP are able to evacuate the suction line itself, when the possibility of venting via the pressure line is given. The series currently consists of only very few types which can be delivered with different connection sizes. The SAP-S is equipped with a cutter device, which can cut down shredable particles. This version is also used for conveying of waste water. The open impellers run against a wear plate and can convey liquids with particles and are mainly non-clogging. 20 Automotive engineering In the field of automotive engineering, we are working currently mainly with various manufacturers of construction machinery. They use our pumps on their concrete-mixer trucks to supply water to the mixer drum. Due to the different technologies of the mixertrucks and the various application areas, we offer the pump series FMP3 and FMP2HY. The FMP2 can alternatively be supplied with a 24V DC motor if neither a power take-off or a hydraulic system is available. As the FMP2 is based on the castings of EBP , we can also offer versions in special materials for the conveying of additives. 21 Plant engineering In addition to the development and distribution of individual pumps, we also offer complete pumping systems. Examples of already developed systems: - Vacuum system for drainage purposes for which we use our sewage water pumps to empty the buffer tanks. - Booster systems for constant pressure supply in buildings. - In 2010, we have developed and produced a complete barrier pressure system for the supply of barrier fluid to mechanical seals. The system is used for supply of barrier fluid to 7 double acting seals. The systems are developed and assembled on liquid and on the control side by ourselves. Our customers get a compact system which is ready for connection. We also support our customers after delivery and during commissioning and offer additionally training for operators. We develop together with our customers on request new, fully customized equipments and systems. 19
