Area B terrazzo installation has begun (Phase 2). Current Work Effort (November): Area B VCT to complete in the classroom wing being renovated (Phase 2). 14 New Elementary at Georgetown Road Work Completed to Date: Fine grading behind installed curb & gutter continues. Installation of DGA base for parking lots and drive lanes started. Interior sanitary and vent piping and domestic water rough-in on-going. CMU in Areas A & C are around 95% complete, 85% in Area D, 80% in Area B. Below grade brick masonry is approximately 50%. Current Work Effort (November): Site contractor to continue grading parking lot and begin binder installation. Concrete floor slab installation will continue at the stage and mezzanines. Structural steel will continue, mezzanine decking / structural steel / concrete will complete. Foam cavity insulation to begin in Area A, B & C. CMU installation will continue. Above grade brick veneer will start. Installation of above deck roof insulation and dry-in will continue.

19 New High at Winchester Road Work Completed to Date: Fill at athletic fields and storm drains at parking lot have continued. Geothermal has 242 wells drilled and 11 circuits tied-in. Foundations are 99% complete in all areas of the academic building. ICF near roof bearing in Area C. Second floor ICF has begun in Area B. Area A ICF stem walls continue. Precast concrete planks have been set in Area E3 with 2 concrete cap. Area E3 roof bearing CMU walls have continued. Area C roof bearing CMU is near complete. Area B second floor CMU bearing walls are complete. Foundation CMU has continued. Steel joist and deck has continued in Areas E3 & E4. Hollow metal frames are being set as needed. Above-ceiling electric and plumbing have continued in Area C. Underslab roughins have continued in Areas D, E1, & E2.

20 New High at Winchester Road Current Work Effort (November): Storm drains will continue at the parking lot. Fill at athletic fields will continue. Geothermal drilling and tie-ins will continue. Foundations will be completed at the academic building. Foundations will begin at the fieldhouse. ICF second floor bearing will be complete in Area B. Floor slabs will begin in Area D and continue in Area E2. Area E3 gym roof bearing CMU will be completed. Area C roof bearing CMU will be completed. Area E3 second floor CMU will be near complete. Steel joists and deck will begin in Area E3 (including gym). Area C roof joists will begin. Second floor joists will begin in Area B. Electric and plumbing rough-ins will continue above ceilings. Under-slab rough-ins will be near complete in all areas.
