11 kingspan evolution technical data kingspan evolution - technical data Application The Evolution panel system is a secret fix system which delivers a clean, smooth and aesthetically appealing modern solution. Panels, which can be installed horizontally or vertically use a quality engineered joint detail that ensures an absolute weather tight envelope. Suitable for all building applications except where there are low temperature internal conditions. Available Lengths Panel lengths 2m to 7.0 metres. Fire Wall Kingspan are able to provide details to achieve a firewall rating of up to -/90/90 (composite wall constructions). Other Firewalls available - contact Kingspan Technical. Manufacture process Kingspan Evolution panels are produced with a non-cfc/hcfc and Zero ODP thermosetting polyisocyanurate insulation. Steel facings are precisely roll formed and insulation is expanded between the metal sheets in a state-of-the-art continuous line production sequence that is fully computerized to ensure optimum quality and consistency in every panel quality assured to ISO Specifications Please contact Kingspan for latest standard, FM approved and project specific specifications.
