Detailed Technical Specification & Schedule of Quantities as per Enclosed Annexure: - I TERMS & CONDITIONS:- Last date of receipt of Quotation: 3 rd May Your rates should be including of all material cost, labour cost, loading, unloading at site. 2. Specify tax condition. If service tax, Work contracts Tax, VAT etc. are applicable or not. If applicable at what rate they are to be applicable. 3. Basic Rate of Materials: Kg OPC cement bag (53 Grade, Make: - Ultratech, Ambuja, Binani, Sanghi), 260 / Bag. - Approved make Ceramic / Glazed tiles: 400/- per Sq. mt. - Approved shade Granite : 1700/- per Sq. mt. - Reinforcement steel: 51/- per kg. 4. Rate variations beyond specified basic rate shall be reimbursed at actual on submission of necessary documentary evidences. 5. Actual work done will be measured and will form base of payment. No wastage or hidden measurements will be paid. 6. Payment terms: Within 30 days after submission of bill. 7. Quantity indicated here is estimated; it may vary on either side up to any extent however payment shall be made as per the actual work executed at site. 8. If any extra item is to be executed as per site condition, this will be paid as per actual rate analysis plus 15 % profits and overheads to contractor. 9. All the legal/administrative records like muster roll, salary register, labour license, PF, ESI etc. to be maintain and submitted as and when required and contractor is the responsible for labour laws and rules/regulations etc. 10. It is advisable to visit the site before quoting your rates.

2 11. All the tools, tackles required for work will be borne by you. 12. You workmen should wear the identity card of your company while executing jobs in AmulFed Dairy. 13. In case, any of your workmen get injured due to Accident, while working within premises of AFD, or any damage to our equipment or property has taken place due to your workmen, you will repay the damages/losses. 14. AFD are an ISO certified unit. AFD follow Eco friendly processes in our factory & also expect the same to be followed in your company also. 15. Chewing pan masala, tobacco & smoking is strictly prohibited in AFD premises. 16. You will submit list of workmen attending the job at AFD along with a copy of their identity proof. Your workmen should reach the site & start the repairing work by 9:00 A.M. 17. Cleaning of site must be required after day-to-day work. 18. You shall be working in running processing plant premises and ensure that the day to day operations are not hampered in any way due to your activities. Any damages occurred by you shall be recovered. 19. If nightshift is required for early completion of work, contractor will have to arrange for nightshift. 20. 3 Description UOM Quantity Rate Amount Providing and laying approved quality mirror finish granite of approved shade having thickness mm. As per design and required size and shape, fixing in necessary cement mortar bedding in 1:2. (only finished granite work shall be measured.) Including joint filling with white/colour cement slurry admixed with pigment to match the shade of granite, adhesive like aeralite or equivalent. making moulded edge and groove and providing protecting layer of plaster of paris during the entire execution period and removal the same. Granite fixing in flooring, skirting, wall dado, sills & jambs for door and window, staircase, landings, platform, facia, column etc will also be considered in this item for which edge polishing shall be inclusive in this item only. ( Basic Rate : 1700/- per Sqmt.) Dismantling tiled or stone floors laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lifts. Providing and laying in position, ceramic / glazed tiles, in dado, of approved make and colour, of first quality as per design, set in cement slurry (3.3 kg. cement/m2.) over a minimum 10 mm. thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding on wired plaster fixed with 1:1 cement mortar behind the tiles and laid to proper slope and level. Pointing should be done in white cement and jointed with white cement and pigment with residue as per drawing and approved by Engineer-in-charge or Architect complete. The sizes as per Architecture drawing. Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal or unserviceable materials with all leads and lifts - R.C.C work, including cutting the reinforcement and finishing the broken surfaces to match the surroundings etc. complete as directed. Demolition of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads and lifts etc. complete as directed. Filling, in foundation and plinth (under floors), with good quality coarse river sand, obtained from outside, including watering, ramming well, consolidating and dressing etc. complete all as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing, stacking and laying rubble soling, 23 cm. thick (compacted thickness), in a compact manner to required camber &gradient as per drawing, in subbase for road using 150 to 230 mm. hand broken black hard stones, covering and levelling the surface with a layer of murrum after filling the voids with smaller sized stones or stone chips, including watering, rolling well with power roller of 8 tio 10 ton capacity and consolidating each layer, as directed. 4 Description UOM Quantity Rate Amount Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of 1:2:4 grade including compaction, finishing top surface to the level curing but excluding cost of formwork etc. complete as per specifications and directions as per Engineer-in-charge. In foundations, plinth, sub base of floors etc. (For all civil, plumbing and electrical works). Providing & laying in position controlled reinforced cement concrete of M-25 Grade with machined batched & machine vibrated design mix concrete using graded hard (black trap) stone agg. of 20mm nominal size obtained from quarry incl. mechanical mixing, mechanical vibrating, compaction, finishing, curing etc. The rates shall be inclusive of placing, spreading, compacting etc. complete for all RCC work, for all floors / all levels / all heights / all depths form FFL / GL., in any position & any shape for all structures & mass concrete, as per specifications but excluding the cost of form works & steel reinforcement. (Rate to incl. labour for keeping embedments if any, wherever required while casting) & curing complete. All material to confirm relavant IS standards. The concrete mix design shall be confirming to latest IS with min. cement content (as stated below - However minimum cement content stated below and according to Design mix whichever higher to be followed) for durability & the same shall be done in testing laboratory approved by the EIC. The rate should be incl. of concrete cover blocks as per relavant IS Standars. For all Civil, Plumbing, Electrical Supplying, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement bars of all diameter confirming to IS-1786 reinforcement for RCC structure / items as per design including transporting steel to the work site, handling wastage, decoiling, cutting, bending, cranking, fabricating to required shape, placing in position, binding with 18 gauge (1.22 mm) MS wires, welding if necessary by using approved welding rods etc. for all levels etc. complete as directed by the engineer-incharge. The quoted rate should be inclusive the cost of binding wire and the same will not be measured and paid separately. (Rolling margin's and wastage shall not be paid.) Measurement will be made on the length basis and converted into weight by using standard coefficient) (For all civil, plumbing & electrical works.)
