MANUFACTURING & SO MUCH MORE PVC EXTRUSION Our extrusion facility manufactures all the various vinyl profiles we stock using a co-extrusion process. This process produces quality results on every part while also allowing us to recycle most of the scrap that may occur. PVC BLOW MOLDING Using our own extruded parts, we mold them into turned vinyl posts and balusters of varying sizes, and shapes. We then inspect each part for compliance with our high standard of quality. PVC FABRICATION & CNC ROUTING We utilize custom built CNC routers that are built to produce consistency in our production process. This allows better quality control for all of our systems and components. MACHINING & TOOLING We have a team of experienced machinists who design, build and maintain the machines and tooling required to manufacture our products to the standards our customers have come to expect.
