3 Company Profile ili Consulting Engineers Mekong Ltd is a German engineering company based in Phnom Penh. It was founded in 2002 and is registered under the registration number Co. 1544/02E at the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia. ili Consult is a partner for development projects in Cambodia and the Mekong region. As multidisciplinary engineering consultants, we provide services for a wide range of tasks. This makes ili Consult part of a large international network of engineering consultants. As development projects become increasingly complex, integrated approaches to planning and implementation are required. As multidisciplinary consultants, ili Consult and its partners cover a wide range of know-how and experience that ranges from civil engineering and architectural design to social and environmental impact studies and institution support. Being in an international group of experts allows ili Consult for synergy effects and gives a chance for better results than what could be expected merely by the arithmetic sum of isolated efforts.
