3 Ultrabond-ACM [Aluminium Composite Panel] Description Ultrabond-ACM is a 4mm thick aluminium composite panel which is made up of a 3.0mm core sandwiched between two 0.5mm aluminium skins. It is prefinished on the front face with 3-coat PVDF coating to form an exceptionally versatile cladding product which has excellent long-term durability, superior rigidity and unlimited custom colours. Widely used in numerous exterior and interior cladding applications Ultrabond-ACM can be folded, curved and shaped into various size cassette panels which are then mechanically fixed to a steel top-hat framing system creating a fully wrapped building envelope which requires no onsite painting and very minimal ongoing maintenance. Although it is similar in concept and application to other reputable aluminium composite panel brands, Ultrabond-ACM is the preferred cladding panel for many architects, builders and installers because it is Codemark certified to Australian standards and offers a number of other benefits over other systems.
