2 Being the leader in steel structure design, fabrication and erection, Quatron Steel has an advanced factory located right at My Xuan B1 Industrial Park, covering an area of over 80,000 sq. m in Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria Vung Tau province, about 75 km away from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and 3 km from Phu My Port. The factory has an annual production capacity of over MT. 5 Engineering Quatron Steel powered by Manufacturing Quatron Steel possesses in house engineering expertise to do design as well as detailing for any steel structure within the scope of the company. In- house as well as tie ups with first class engineering firms gives Quatron the flexibility as well as the ability to do the most complex steel structures in the world. Steel structure includes all steel or Steel/Concrete Composite type of construction for added economy at times. Quatron Vietnam has an initial annual steel fabricating capacity of tons. Being the first of its kind in Vietnam with a complete CAD/CAM solution, state of the art design and unparalleled capacity, it will meet and exceed most client needs. 6 MACHINERY Our cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and machinery consist of: CNC fully automatic drill lines complete with drills, band saws and CNC coping. Fully automatic Flux core Arc welding lines. CNC fully automatic plate drilling machines. Overhead cranes, totaling 23 sets with capacities ranging from 10 to 20 tons and hook heights between 8m and 10m and can pick up single piece of 40 tons CNC fully automatic angle line with capacity up to 200 x 200 x 20 mm angle size CNC torch cutting facility (bed size 15m) CNC plasma cutting facility (bed length 15m) Mig welding machines Stud welding machines. Fully automatic shot blasting machines dimension 1.5m x 2.5m x 20m. UT Testing equipment for weld quality verification. Automated container loading facilities for the export products Plate bending and shearing machines Automatic shot blasting machine and manual auto - recycling steel shot blasting chamber 18M long x 8M.W x 6M.HT Geka iron workers and others. Quality assurance/control Quality is always the key for Quatron success. Whether it is requested by customer or not, we carry out stringent inspection and testing program: visual testing, Non-destructive testing (MT, PT, UT and X-ray as needed). "There is no compromise when it comes to quality" The inspection and testing plan (ITP) will be submited to clients for approval before fabrication starts and followed through out the production process. PACKING & TRANSPORTATION Quatron steel is ready to supply and deliver steel structure to anywhere globally As soon as material is loaded on trucks or in containers, packing lists are generated and copies are sent along with the shipment for further checking on site upon arrival. Containers loading platforms are pre-loaded before truck arrive for pick up. It is a matter of minutes to stuff the load in the container and place on truck for port delivery. Within 10km from Maijon sea-port that could handle bulky project cargo

8 PROJECT MANAGEMENT As soon as the project is awarded to Quatron Steel, a Project Manager will be assigned to handle the project. Project Management Department main tasks include: Timely project excution as per Customer required schedule and quality plan. All coordination works between the Client and Quatron Steel various internal departments. The Project Management will be the single point of contact for the Client. Sequencing of deliveries in accordance with site construction activity and Customer requirements. Customer satisfaction is Quatron Steel main goal and a Project Management main function is to ensure just that. Welding School Facilities & Like any other leading manufacturer worldwide, Quatron Steel Vietnam firmly believes that our workforce plays a key role in our business, with a clear focus on attracting, training and retaining professional employees. An outstanding feature of Quatron Steel Vietnam is that all our welders shall uniformly engage in intensive training sessions required for different welding techniques and are certified in accordance with AWS standard. All the training will take place right at our in-door facility with convenience and best expertise. Annually, hundreds of welders will be trained at our facility which benefits not only Quatron Steel itself but also the local community as a whole. Our training program consists of: 1. CJP A wide variety of welding processes is taught at Quatron including SMAW SAW, GMAW and FCAW as well as various welding positions such as F-FLAT; H-HORIZONTAL; V-VERTICAL, OH-OVERHEAD. 9 Affiliate Projects Griro S.A The company has one of the largest pressure vessel and heat exchanger factory in the world. Established in 1897, Griro has clients in all major 5 continents of the world. Clients include Mitsubishi, Bechtel, Saudi - Aramco, Lurgip, Technip, Techimont..etc.. Griro designs and produces a wide range of processing equipment in accordance with Client specifications. The range of products include REACTORS, COLUMNS, PRESSURE VESSELS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, AIR COOLERS, DRUMS, LP/HP PRE HESTER and HEATER. THE ADVANTAGES OF STEEL STRUCTURE IN COMPARISON WITH CONCRETE STRUCTURE It has been proven that buildings of over 15 storeys in height are more cost-efficient when done in steel rather than those built using concrete. This becomes more evident with the usage of highstrength steel and when the building is located in an earthquake area. With today's advanced technology and latest innovations by Quatron Steel utilizing steel/ concrete composite design more economy can be achieved. Construction speed remains a major factor in favor of steel. It is a known fact that constructing a high rise building in steel can cut the time into half from that using a concrete. For example, a 25- storey building may take 24 months to build in concrete yet only 12 months in steel to complete. Such huge time saving would result in big benefits to the investor as return on the investment is realized faster.
