3 Linepipes for Pipelines and all the Trimmings. Linepipes and associated products for projects in the energy sectors are the core of our business. In particular, we specialise in the supply of materials required for sour service. Value added items for linepipes such as: PM Piping supply linepipe packages both for Onshore as well as Offshore applications. Seamless linepipes for the oil & gas industry from ½" - 24", wall thicknesses up to 90 mm. HFI/ERW linepipes from 4" - 24", wall thicknesses up to 25.4 mm. LSAW linepipes from 16" to 100" with wall thicknesses up to 90 mm. HSAW (spiral) linepipes from 16" - 120" and wall thicknesses up to 25.4 mm. Also, we supply rollbonded, metallurgically clad linepipes as well as mechanically lined pipes. Awareness of manufacturers capabilities and available capacities are essential to meet the customer s required schedule. Often a combination of steel and pipe manufacturers is required to meet project delivery demands. The PM Piping Group are experts in this field. Combining available capacity between European and Asian manufacturers is commonplace. Long term pricing and guarantee of materials supply are everyday requirements for these kinds of projects. PM Piping has the experience and contacts to leading manufacturers to ensure that the execution of these complex and diversified projects is successful. Knowledge of all major international standards (for example API DNV, EN/DIN, NORSOK, BSH, etc.) and customer specific standards is essential to understand the requirements of these kinds of projects. Our customers' integral requirements, including elements of design, materials engineering, manufacturing, inspection & testing and fabrication schedules require our constant attention and continual actions Process pipe packages, complete with fittings, flanges, gaskets, nuts & bolts and valves. Material grades supplied include carbon, low temperature, alloys and stainless materials as well as "exotics". Value added items are: Calculated wall thicknesses on fittings External rust protection systems and primers Special, multi-angle beveling for heavy wall thickness items All kinds of packing (skid mounted, shrink wrapping, crates, wooden boxes as well as stuffing into containers). PM Piping is aware of these elements of each project and the expectations of the customer. Our experience & knowledge of technical and logistical challenges ensure project execution to perfectly fit the customer's needs. All activities are coordinated within the Group, regardless of the location of the supplier and the construction site.
